The fully furnished and bright room is around 18 sqm large and the windows are facing the south and the garden. There is also a cozy high level with a cute, little window and energy supply, which can fit a small mattress/futon or can be easily used to store stuff.
Our old and beautiful house is located in a quiet and very green area in pankow. There are a lot of parcs around and the botanic garden (of east berlin) is very close. You will find plenty of supermarkets around such as Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Norma, Netto, Denns' Biomarkt...
You can reach the bus and tram stations in 3 to 6 minutes, but the best and easiest way is to take the bike to S + U Pankow. That just takes around 10 minutes and the way through the Park along the river is very beautiful and safe.
The living room kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking and spending time together. We want to have a nice and relaxing atmosphere, where we also respect each others privacy.
You should be clean and respectful towards the flat, especially towards the furniture and the nice wooden floor.
Separating garbage is very important to us and really should be taken seriously! 🗑️
The rent includes also electricity and internet (for normal use), but not the radio and TV tax (GEZ).
IMPORTANT: Please write a text about yourself (hobbies, flatshare experience, etc)!!! A picture would be nice as well :)
We have mire free rooms at the moment….also cheaper ones! ☀️
