ich vermiete ein gemütliches Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen Altbauwohnung in 13187 Berlin. Die Wohnung ist hell und hat einen charmanten Dielenboden sowie teilweise Stuck an den Wänden. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und bietet alles, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine, und die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Geräten ausgestattet, inklusive Spülmaschine.
Die Lage in Pankow ist perfekt, mit exzellenter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. In nur ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man den Alexanderplatz.
Bitte beachte, dass ich die Wohnung nur für einen Zeitraum von 4 bis 8 Wochen vermiete.
Ich selbst bin 36 Jahre alt, berufstätig und genieße es, abends nach der Arbeit zum Sport zu gehen oder mich mit Freunden zu treffen. Am Wochenende bin ich auch gerne unterwegs oder entspanne gemütlich zu Hause. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig.

I am renting out a cosy room in my beautiful old flat in 13187 Berlin. The flat is bright and has a charming floorboard and partly stucco on the walls. The room is fully furnished and offers everything you need for living. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.
The location in Pankow is perfect, with excellent public transport connections. You can reach Alexanderplatz in just 20 minutes.
Please note that I am only renting the flat for a period of 4 to 8 weeks.
I myself am 36 years old, have a job and enjoy going to the gym in the evenings after work or meeting up with friends. I also like to go out at the weekend or relax at home. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to me.
