Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenso voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Gefrier- und Kühlschrank sowie alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden.
Der monatliche Mietpreis liegt abhängig der Zimmergröße zwischen 430 - 530 € inklusive sämtlicher Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ-Gebühren).
Zusätzlich wird eine Mietkaution von 950 € sowie eine einmalige Endreinigungsgebühr von 50 € fällig.

this flat-share is just to be founded. The rooms have a size between 9 - 20 m² and are all furnished.
The apartment itself is fully equipped. Washing machine, freezer/refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware are available. The monthly rents vary from 430 - 530 € all costs included (heating, electricity, Internet, GEZ license fee).
We will ask you for a security deposit of 950 € and there will also be a one-time final cleaning fee of 50 €.
Die Wohnung liegt genau im Dreiländereck zwischen Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg und Weißensee. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Haus befindet sich die Tramhaltestelle mit den Linien 12, 50, M1, M2 und M13. Zudem ist die Ringbahn S41/42 mit der Station Prenzlauer Allee in zehn Gehminuten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Somit ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden und man erreicht in kürzester Zeit alle zentralen Bezirke Berlins. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet sich zudem sowohl Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bank, Spätis als auch mehrere Restaurants, Bars und alles was man sonst so braucht.
The apartment is located between Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg and Weißensee. The tram stop with lines 12, 50, M1, M2 and M13 is just a few minutes' walk from the house. In addition, the S41/42 Ring with the station Prenzlauer Allee can be easily reached on foot in ten minutes. Therefor the apartment is very well connected and you can reach all central districts of Berlin in no time. In the immediate vicinity one can find a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, kiosks, several restaurants and bars and everything else needed for a good living.
