2 Zimmer frei in 5er-WG im Florakiez

Wir wohnen im Florakiez. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eisdielen, Restaurants, der Bürgerpark Pankow – alles in Laufweite. Zum nächsten Späti nur 10 Meter (exklusive Treppen). Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super: Bus(se) direkt vor der Tür, S Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S26) um die Ecke und von dort in zwei Stationen an der Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen), S+U Pankow (S2, S8, S85, U2) in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer gerne bouldert: die Berta (Block) ist auch um die Ecke.

We are living in Florakiez. Shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants, the ‘Bürgerpark Pankow’ – all of which is reachable easily by foot. The next Späti is 10 meters away (excluding the stairs). The connectivity to public transport is excellent: There are busses just in front of the house, the S-Bahn station Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S26) is just around the corner from which it’s just two stations two the Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen), the S- and U-Bahn station Pankow (S2, S8, S85, U2) is reachable in about ten minutes by foot. Who likes bouldering: the Berta (Block) is around the corner, too.

Neben Jobs, Studium und Sozialleben verbringen wir gerne Zeit zusammen innerhalb und außerhalb der Wohnung! Wir kochen und essen oft zusammen (vor allem Abends, diejenigen von uns, die aktuell von Zuhause arbeiten, auch mittags), chillen, trinken gerne mal abends ein paar Gläser und teilen unseren Alltag und unsere Lebensfreude!
Im Sommer gehen wir gerne in den Park, auf Flohmärkte oder fahren an einen der zahlreichen Seen im nahen Umland. Uns ist die Gemeinschaft im gemeinsamen Wohnen wichtig und wir suchen eine Person, der das ebenso wichtig ist. Alle sollen sich wohl fühlen und alle sollten dazu beitragen. In der Küche teilen wir eigentlich alles und bezahlen es aus einer gemeinschaftlichen WG-Kasse. Für Schubladendenken und persönliche Regalfächer gibt es bei uns keinen Platz!

Beside jobs, university and social life we like spending time together inside and outside of our flat. We cook and eat together often (especially in the evenings, but the flat members who work from home at the moment do that also at lunch time), relax, have a couple of drinks together in the evenings and share our daily life and our zest for life!
In the summer time we like to go to parks, flea markets or go to one of the many lakes in the surrounding area. Community is important for us in our communal living and we are looking for a person who considers that important, too. Everyone should feel comfortable and everyone should contribute to that. In the kitchen we are sharing nearly everything and pay that from a common wallet. There is no space for compartmentalisation and personal shelf spaces!

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine selbst gebastelte und verzierte Wohnküche, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne (ein extra WC gibts auch!), einen langen Flur mit hauseigenem Kiosk und einen Balkon, der im Sommer gern zum Mittagessen in der Sonne und zum Tomaten-, Paprika-, Chili- und Kräuteranbau genutzt wird.
Bewohnt wird das ganze von uns mehr oder weniger dreißigjährigen: Lisa, Jack und Niklas.
Wenn Du denkst, dass Du Dich zwischen Tätowierer*innen, Stil-Ikon*innen, Bücher-, Kopf- und Herzmenschen, Hobbykletterer*innen und -philosoph*innen, Magendoktor*innen und schlicht lieben Menschen, die jedes (unregelmäßig stattfindende) WG-Meeting mit der Frage nach der nächsten Party beenden, wohl fühlen würdest, dann melde Dich unbedingt bei uns! Wir haben gerne Besuch (solange die globalen Lagen es zulassen) und so kommt es durchaus vor, dass immer mal Freund*innen und/oder Familie für ein paar Tage hier sind. Mit Jack haben wir einen Briten mit an Bord, weshalb ein großer Teil unserer Kommunikation auf Englisch geschieht. Our flat has a large living room, a beautiful self made kitchen, a large bathroom including a shower and a tub (there is a second toilet, too!) a long hallway with our own personal kiosk and a balcony one which we like to have sunny lunchs in the summer time and where we grow tomatoes, bell peppers, chilis and herbs.
The more or less thirty year old people living here are Lisa, Jack and Niklas.
If you think you’d feel comfortable living with tattoo artists, style icons, book-, head- and heart people, hobby climbers and -philosophers, 'stomache doctors' and simply a bunch of lovely people who end every flat meeting with the question for the next party, you should definitely contact us! We like having guests over (as long as global situations allow that) and therefore it happens that there are more or less often friends and family members visiting for a couple of days. Because there is a Brit on board we communicate a lot in English. We are looking forward to your message when you’re planning to stay here long term and even more when you are going to tell us a bit about yourself in your message.
