I'm renting a furnished room in a shared apartmentent. The Room is free from now first November!
The apartment is actually fully equipped! (Fridge, washing machine, stove, sink, dishwasher etc.) The bathroom has a window and a bathtub. The room is equipped with the basic needs (bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror and shelf, as well basic bedding)
The room can be visited online or from 21.10 on! :)
The apartment is very close to the S Bahn Wollankstrasse. From here you are very well connected by train and bus. (It takes 5 minutes by train to Schönhauser Allee, 7 minutes by bus to Osloer Straße, 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz and 12 minutes to Friedrichstraße)
It takes like half an Hour to get to Technische Universität/ UdK oder Humboldt University
Im very busy, that's why I'm looking for a Zweck WG - of course I am happy when you get on well, but I am not looking for joint cooking evenings or other interactions. In addition, there are several families living in the house, so there are no parties here.
Unfortunately a registration is not possible

Ich vermiete ab sofort ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Die Wohnung ist eigentlich komplett ausgestattet! (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Herd, Spüle, Spühlmaschine etc.) Das Bad ist mir Fenster und hat eine Badewanne. Das Zimmer ist mit dem Grundbedürfnissen ausgestattet (Bett, Schreibtisch Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Regal, sowie Wäschekorb Bettzeug)
Das Zimmer kann sehr gerne online oder nach Absprache live (ab 21.10) besichtigt werden! :)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah der S Bahn Wollankstraße. Von hier aus ist man sehr gut angebunden mit S bahn und Bus. (Mit der Bahn braucht man 5 min zur Schönhauser Allee, mit dem Bus 7 min zur Osloer Straße, 15 min zum Alexanderplatz und 12 min zur Friedrichstraße)
Es dauert ungefähr eine halbe Stunde, um zur Technischen Uniscersität, UdK oder Humbold Universität zu gelangen.
Da ich mega viel zu tun habe suche ich eher nach einer Zwecks WG - natürlich freut es mich wenn man sich gut versteht, allerdings suche ich nicht nach gemeinsamen Kochabenden oder anderen Interaktionen. Dazu kommt, dass in dem Haus einige Familien leben, daher gibts hier keine Partys.
