ich biete für März 2022 in meiner schönen, sonnigen und gemütlichen Wohnung mit riesigem Garten (1200 qm!) 2 Zimmer an. Sie befindet sich im wunderschönen denkmalgeschützten Dorf Hobrechtsfelde - wenige Meter von der Pankower Stadtgrenze entfernt - und mitten im Naturpark, inmitten von Weiden mit Rindern, Alpakas, Pferden, Schafen (in der Dämmerung sieht man oft Füchse, Eulen und Rehe), aber doch nur 15 Radminuten vom S-Bhf Röntgental oder Buch entfernt (200 Meter vom Haus fährt ein Bus zur S Buch). Ideal also für Naturliebhaber und Familien!
Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit großem Schlafsofa (1,40x2m), eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine , ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine und ein großes Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (1,40x2m).
Es gibt noch ein drittes, sehr kleines Zimmer, wo ich meine Sachen verstauen werde.
Vor der Tür liegt der lauschige Biergarten James (an Wochenenden geöffnet), 10 Radminuten entfernt der Gorinsee. Im Garten befindet sich ein alter Schäferwagen, ideal zum Spielen für Kinder. Da wir erst kürzlich eingezogen sind, ist noch nicht alles "perfekt", dafür ist alles da, was man braucht, und es ist sehr gemütlich. Familien mit Kindern, Paare und/oder Einzelpersonen mit Haustier sind herzlich willkommen!

I am offering my beautiful, sunny and cozy apartment with a huge garden (1200 sqm!) for March 2022. It is located in the beautiful listed village of Hobrechtsfelde - a few meters from the Pankow city limits - and in the middle of the nature park, in the middle of pastures with cattle, alpacas, horses, sheep (at dusk you can often see foxes, owls and deer), but only 15 minutes by bike from the S-Bhf Röntgental or Buch (200 meters from the house there is a bus to S Buch). Ideal for nature lovers and families!
The apartment has a spacious living room with a large sofa bed (1.40x2m), a cozy eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with tub and washing machine and a large children's room with a bunk bed (1.40x2m).
There is a third, very small room where I will store my things.
In front of the door is the cozy beer garden James (open on weekends), 10 minutes by bike away is the Gorinsee. In the garden there is an old shepherd's wagon, ideal for children to play. Since we just moved in, everything isn't "perfect" yet, but everything you need is there and it's very cosy. Families with children, couples and/or individuals with pets are welcome! (The apartment is only conditionally suitable for flat shares)
