Gemütliches Zimmer in Pankow // Cozy Room in Pankow

Pankow kann man vielleicht insgesamt ganz gut als ruhiges Eck mit Kiezflair beschreiben ....
.....aus dem man aber auch sehr schnell nach Mitte kommt durch die gute Anbindung:
S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram und Bus bringen einen in ca. 30 min zum Alex und in ca. 15 min zur Eberswalder :)
....innerhalb von 5 min hat man zu Fuß viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ob Fressbuden, Cafés, Apotheken, dm oder kleine Second-Hand-Läden. Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl und Aldi gibt es als Big Supermarkt Player auch. Für Besorgungen im Alltag ist hier auf jeden Fall gesorgt.
....direkt um die Ecke findest du auch einen wunderschönen Park mit riesigen Bäumen, die genug Schatten bringen und die Panke plätschert dort auch noch vor sich hin.

I guess Pankow is a rather quiet corner with 'Kiez' flair ....
....out of which you can reach Mitte super quickly, though, due to the good subway connections:
S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and bus take you in about 30 min to Alex or about 15 min to Eberswalderstraße :)
...in which a 5 min walk brings you to various shopping opportunities like snack stalls, cafés, small thrift shops as well as the big supermarket players Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl and Aldi.
...and just around the corner of the apartment is a beautiful park through which the Panke river runs and where you can chill in the sun or under the shadow of a tree.

Da meine Mitbewohnerin Nini auszieht, suche ich nach einer neuen Person die Bock hat mit mir zu wohnen.

Bin vor Kurzem mit meinem Master fertig geworden und erfülle jetzt das Klischee der in der Gastro jobbenden Geisteswissenschaftlerin bis sich Vollzeit etwas für mich findet, lol :) ansonsten höre ich gern Rap, mach was mit Freunden, koche viel, gehe laufen und chille im Park oder zu Hause. Würde mich insgesamt als recht pflegeleicht und easy going beschreiben und mich freuen wenn wir ein cooles WG Team sein könnten ✌️

As my current roomie Nini is moving out, I am looking for a new person who is keen to live with me.

I just finished my Master Studies and am apparently dedicated to fulfilling the cliché of a jobless liberal arts student, who waitresses until finding a full-time job, lol :) apart from that I listen to rap, like to do stuff with my friends, cook a lot, go on long walks and chill in the park or at home. I would describe myself as rather easy going and hope that we can be a cool roomie team ✌️

Der Abschlag von 300 Euro setzt sich aus 250 Euro für die Waschmaschine (mussten wir leider erst vor Kurzem neu besorgen) und 50 Euro für den Schrank im Zimmer zusammen, aber das könnt ihr euch dann alles natürlich nochmals vor Ort anschauen :)

Die Miete beinhaltet schon eine Erhöhung der Nebenkosten wegen Gas, just that you know, dass hoffentlich keine unschönen Überraschungen mehr kommen!

The transfer fee of 300 euro consists of 250 euro for the washing machine (which we had to buy new recently as the old one took a whole day for one washing cycle) and 50 euro for the closet in the room. All of this you can of course look at when coming by to view the apartment :)

The rent of 410 euro does already include a price increase of gas costs, just that you know, that no unpleasant surprises should follow ... hopefully.
