I am looking for a tenant for my furnished room from 16.06.2025 to 28.07.2025 (6 Weeks), these dates could be flexible. The WG is newly renovated and has two rooms. My flatmate is very friendly and mostly busy with her studies, Uni and work as we all are :D The offered room is 18 square meters furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped (Large refrigerator, Dish water, Washing Machine and multiple shelfs with plenty of storage space).

The bus station is just 3 mins walk away and then in 5-6 minutes by bus, you are at Pankow S+U Bahn. From here, everything is so well connected and can be reached so easily. Or you can also walk to Pankow S+U Bahn which takes 12-15 mins. The neighbourhood is pretty nice, you will be surrounded with a garden backyard. The supermarket is also just 4 mins away.

You will be sharing the apartment with my flatmate, she is super nice and friendly person :) She works in Berlin and has a full time job so we prefer to be quite in the evenings. She is vegetarian but we really don't care if someone is vegan/vegetarian or not. We do our best to clean and maintain the apartment in a good condition that’s why we also have a cleaning schedule weekly, for which the new tenant will also be a part of. Students and internationals are also most welcome:)

Registration is not possible since its a sublease for a short time.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Unfortunately Pets are also not allowed.

The rent is €650 for a Month. This rent includes internet, GEZ, electricity, heating and housing allowance/operating costs.
