I am looking for a short-term flat mate who is culturally interested and looking forward to share meals, stories and great evenings or days together.
I am ideally looking for somebody who is staying here for an intership or a couple of months since the room is quite small (11m2). However, the flat has a balcony and a shared living room as well that you can of course use as well.
The flat also has a huge basement where you could leave stuff and your bike as well.
Your room has a small bed as well as a shelf wirh mirror where you can put your clothes. The rest of the furniture you can bring for your own comfort.
It is well-located and very green and quite area close to the S Bahnhof Pankow. Shops as well as all transportation (U2, M1,50 S Bahn and buses) are accessible within a 5 or 10 minute walk.
I am searching for somebody who is opend-minded and wants to become a member of my cozy flat. I would be looking forward to having somebody who is also interested in having movie nights, going to museums or to the nature together.
To descibrw myself a little. I was born and raised in Berlin and would like to give short termers a chance to find a cool and cozy place whilst they are here. I am working full-time and I am sometimes gone for work during the week. hence, I am looking for somebody who is clean and also keeps everything nice while I am not here.
