The room has a nice plank floor and there is a washing machine in the kitchen.

As I am straight-edge and non-smoker, so smoking and using other drugs is not allowed in the apartment.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße, die Gegend ist jedoch sehr ruhig.
15 Minuten zu Fuß ist der S-Bahnhof Pankow, Busse sind bereits in 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
The room faces the street, but the area is very quiet.
S and U-Bahn station Pankow is in 15 mins walking distance, buses are available in 3 minutes walking distance.
Ich (Marly, nichtbinär, 26 Jahre) werde ebenfalls in der Wohnung wohnen.
Es wäre schön, wenn wir uns gut verstehen, aber mir reicht auch eine Zweck WG.
Die Wohnung ist leider etwas hellhörig, daher ist es mir am wichtigsten, dass wir uns nicht gegenseitig stören. Unter der Woche möchte ich möglichst keine laute Musik oder laute Gespräche ab 22 Uhr. Ich sehe meine Wohnung selbst vorrangig als Arbeits- Wohn - und Schlafplatz, suche also keine Party-WG.
Eine Grundordnung sollte vorhanden sein, mündliche Absprachen bezüglich Aufräumen oder Putzen sind mir sehr wichtig, wir können aber auch darüber reden, wenn es mal nicht so klappt wie geplant.

Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit noisy, so it is most important to me that we do not disturb each other. During the week I would like no loud music or loud conversations after 10 pm. I see my apartment itself primarily as a a working - living - and sleeping space, so I am not looking for a party-WG.
A basic cleanliness is important, verbal agreements regarding tidying or cleaning are very important to me, but we can also talk about it if it does not work out as planned.
