Mein Zimmer ist ein gemütlicher heller 17m2 Raum mit Holzboden, Pflanzen, schönen Lampen, einem Doppelbett, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Sessel und ein paar kleinen Möbelstücken.
Es befindet sich im ersten Stock mit Blick in den Garten - zur sonnigen Südseite hin.
Das Zimmer kann Deinen Platzbedürfnissen angepasst werden.
Neben den drei Zimmern meiner Mitbewohner*innen, die im ersten und zweiten Stock verteilt sind, gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa, Kamin und Klavier, das in den Garten führt.
Sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch in der Küche gibt es einen Esstisch.
My cozy, bright 17m2 room with wooden floor, plants, beautiful lamps, a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, clothes rail, armchair, and a few small pieces of furniture is a great place to retreat.
It is on the second floor with a garden view facing the sunny south side.
The room can be adapted to suit your needs.
In addition to the three rooms of my flatmates, which are distributed on the first and second floor, there is a living room with a cozy couch, fireplace, and piano, which leads into the garden.
There is a dining table in both the living room and the kitchen.

Wir leben zu viert in einem kleinen Häuschen eine Geh-Minute vom Plänterwald entfernt und 13-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad nach Neukölln und X-Berg.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle eine Laufminute entfernt die Dich direkt nach Kreuzberg bringt und die Sbahn Station Plänterwald ist 9 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Netto ist in 50 sek fußläufig erreichbar - zum Denns braucht es 13min mit dem Rad.

Four of us live in a small house a minute's walk from Plänterwald and 13-15 minutes by bike to Neukölln and X-Berg.
There is a bus stop a minute's walk away that takes you directly to Kreuzberg and the Plänterwald S-Bahn station is a 9-minute walk away. A Netto supermarket is a 50-second walk away - it takes 13 minutes by bike to Denns.

Wir sind alle sehr eingespannt durch unsere Arbeit&Freizeit (Lea: Lern-Erfahrungsdesign, singt im Chor; Ivo: Prozessbegleitung, Fußball, Singen, Ecstatic Dance; Lotte: Masterthesenphase, nutzt jeden Moment um in der Natur zu sein) und dennoch gibt es tolle gemeinsame Momente. Jeden zweiten Montag gibt es ein Plenum und den anderen Montag Abend machen wir unverbindlich etwas Schönes zusammen. Ansonsten, sind wir sehr nah im Kontakt, checken immer wieder miteinander ein und unterstützen uns wo es geht.
Es ist eine tolle Kultur die wir leben - in der alle einfach sein können und wir klar kommunizieren.
In wie weit Du daran teilhaben möchtest ist ganz Dir überlassen!
Für einen Monat hier wohnen braucht es natürlich keine Plena, aber es ist wichtig, dass Du offen bist für Kommunikation falls sich etwas unstimmig anfühlt oder es Wünsche gibt von den zwei Mitbewohnis die in der Zeit zu Hause sind.

We are all a lot on the road (Lea: learning experience design, singing in the choir; Ivo: facilitation, soccer, singing, ecstatic dance; Lotte: master's thesis phase, uses every moment to be in nature) and yet we are habing great moments together. We are closely connected, regulary checking in with each other, and support each other wherever we can.
It's a great culture we practice - where everyone can be and communicate clearly.
The extent to which you want to be part of it is entirely up to you!
It’s important that you are open to communication if something doesn't feel right or if there are requests from the two flatmates who are at home during the time of sublet.

Ich zahle im Monat 740 € warm, inklusive Internet, wöchentlichem SoLaWi Gemüse, Badewanne, 100m2 Garten, Feuerholz etc - für Dich wäre auch mein Fahrrad verfügbar - Bettzeug, Handtücher und was es sonst noch braucht, sind da.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn der schöne Raum nicht ungenutzt bleibt, deswegen lass uns gerne schauen was Du vei Bedarf eines Raumes zahlen kanndt :)
Melde Dich gerne bei Fragen und sollte Geld für Dich eine Hürde sein.
Im Juli sind nur zwei von meinen Mitbewohnis zu Hause und es wäre schön, wenn es ein kleines Kennenlernen gäbe vor Ort oder per Video Call um zu schauen ob sich alle miteinander wohl fühlen.

For the whole of February (from now on with a possible extension) I am subletting my beautiful 17m2. I pay 740 € per month warm, including internet, weekly SoLaWi vegetables & fruit, bathtub, 100m2 garden, firewood etc - my bike would also be available for you - bedding, towels and whatever else you need are there.
Id be happy if my beautiful room is not empty for a month but someone could make use of it. Let me know if you have any questuons!
