The room is a bit small but has everything you need for living. A bed, table and also some shelves where you can put your stuff. All the furniture stays, except of my personal stuff, that you can still see on the photos. For the furniture you don't have to pay extra :)
There is of course a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The location of the apartment is quite good. There is an S-Bahn station 6/7 min. walk away, where you can take S8, S9, S85 which will take you to P-Berg or the city center. Unfortunately, there is no U-bahn, but quite a few busses, for example to Neukölln or Hermannstraße, from where you can take the U-Bahn as well. The bus stations are only 200 meters away and go quite often. There is also a night bus stopping at a bus stop nearby, so you can get to the apartment in only 20 mins in the night :)
Most of the tenants work or also study. People are very chill and nice to have a talk with. Most of us come from different counties, so if you are into discovering new cultures its definitely a good choice for you!
We are quite a lot in the apartment, but since we have different lifestyles using a kitchen or stuff like this was never a prolem.
The room is officially free starting from 01.04, but since I don't live there anymore you could move in earlier :)
