The Plänterwald forest is literally a stone throw away from here! It is very nice to have a walk and relax there, or to go jogging along the river. Also, the whole district is very green, quiet. The air is crisp.

You are just 10 minutes away from Neukölln and 15 minutes (beautiful route through the Treptower Park) from Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain by bike. Really. Wild, huh?

About 300m away: the bus 165 (Köpenicker Landstrasse / Dammweg), which brings you quickly to Kreuzberg etc.
About 800m away: S-Bahn station Plänterwald (S8, S85 and S9) that perfectly connects you with the rest of the city.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen, sehr ruhigen (außer dem Vogelgesang) und naturreichen Wohngegend.
Der Plänterwald ist buchstäblich nur einen Steinwurf von hier entfernt! Es ist sehr schön, dort spazieren zu gehen und zu entspannen oder am Fluss entlang zu joggen. Außerdem ist der ganze Bezirk sehr grün und ruhig. Die Luft ist unglaublich frisch, vor allem für Berlin

About me:

I am interested in a well-balanced lifestyle. I am vegetarian, but it would not be a problem if you eat meat. I also like to listen to music, go to concerts etc. And all the other interesting culture things in the city. Finally its happening again in Berlin :) So I am up to do some adventures together in Berlin if we want to, but no must in anything. Since living in Berlin for 2,5 years I have developed my circle of friends here while also still looking forward to meet new people.
Other things I enjoy are doing sport (volleyball, yoga, running, football, tabletennis, which we have just in front of our house!), playing boardgames, enjoying nice restaurants in Berlin, reading, some video gaming,..

Smoking is not possible in the apartment and generally it should not be a party-place. But of course, you can still have your party life in Berlin or you can go out together;)

I really look forward to make it a nice cozy place together, where both people feel really at home, both individually and together. I do need time for myself but also would like to develop a connection with the person that I am living with, so one feels comfortable sharing important things from life and likes to hangout together. For this I also would set up a 3 month trial period first to see if we match together and can feel really comfortable with each other.

I do like to eat together sometimes if possible as a shared time together, and also find it important to have check ins sometimes to talk about practical stuff and have an open space for wishes, difficult things etc. This is of course always a learning process in which nobody is perfect, but looking forward to have somebody who wants to learn together :)

Ich interessiere mich für einen ausgewogenen Lebensstil. Ich bin Vegetarier, aber es wäre kein Problem, wenn du Fleisch isst. Ich höre auch gerne Musik, gehe auf Konzerte usw. Und all die anderen interessanten kulturellen Dinge in der Stadt. Endlich passiert es wieder in Berlin :) Ich hätte Lust, ein paar Abenteuer zusammen in Berlin zu machen, wenn wir wollen, aber kein Muss in irgendetwas. Seit ich 2,5 Jahre in Berlin lebe, habe ich hier meinen Freundeskreis ausgebaut und lerne trotzdem gerne auch immer neue Leute kennen.
Andere Dinge, die ich gerne mache, sind Sport (Volleyball, Yoga, Laufen, Fußball, Tischtennis, wo wir eine Plattedirekt vor unserem Haus haben!), Brettspiele spielen, nette Restaurants in Berlin genießen, lesen, Filme schauen, manchmal Videospiele spielen,..
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht möglich und generell sollte es kein Party-Ort sein. Aber natürlich könnt ihr immer noch euer Partyleben in Berlin haben oder ihr könnt zusammen ausgehen;)
Ich freue mich wirklich darauf, es zu einem schönen gemütlichen Ort zusammen zu machen, wo sich beide Menschen wirklich zu Hause fühlen, sowohl einzeln als auch zusammen. Ich brauche Zeit für mich, möchte aber auch eine Verbindung zu der Person aufbauen, mit der ich zusammenlebe, damit man sich wohl fühlt, wichtige Dinge aus dem Leben zu teilen und gerne zusammen rumhängt. Dafür würde ich auch zuerst eine 3-monatige Probezeit einrichten, um zu sehen, ob wir zusammenpassen und uns wirklich wohl miteinander fühlen können.
Ich esse gerne manchmal zusammen, wenn möglich als gemeinsame Zeit, und finde es auch wichtig, manchmal einzuchecken, um über praktische Dinge zu sprechen und einen offenen Raum für Wünsche, schwierige Dinge usw. zu haben. Das ist natürlich immer ein Lernprozess, in dem niemand perfekt ist, aber ich freue mich darauf, jemanden zu haben, der gemeinsam lernen möchte:)
