The room is bright (super sunny in the afternoon) and already furnished with a wardrobe, bed, and desk. If interested, we could arrange you keeping the bedding as well :) The heart of the shared flat is a chilled-out living room with comfortable couches, a TV and a PS4. Since a total of six people live in the shared flat it's a good thing that we also have two bathrooms, a kitchen with a large fridge, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Buses take you directly from the front door to Neukölln, Kreuzberg or Schöneweide.
The Plänterwald S-Bahn station is a 7-minute walk away.
For shopping, we almost always go to Netto, which is a 5-minute walk away.
If that's not enough, you can also get to the ParkCenter near Treptower Park quickly by bus or bike. There you can find Rossmann, Saturn, a huge Real and everything else you need.
The highlight is definitely the Plänterwald forest, which is a 5-minute walk away. A little further on is Treptower Park and the Isle of Youth. Perfect places to enjoy the sun, get away from it all or go jogging, if you feel like it.
We (Fede, Cecelia, Elle, Samual and Saurav) are 5 relaxed people from different corners of Europe and the world, who found their way to Berlin . We are artists, students, travel agents, website designers and a few of us are passionate clubbers.
We have different personalities and mutual respect is very important to us in the shared flat. Nevertheless, we like to sometimes spend our free time together, so if you're looking for a quiet purpose-built flat-share, this isn't your place!
But if you like good music and the occasional long weekend, then we're more the place for you. But that doesn't mean that it's a 24/7 party here. The aforementioned chill living room is definitely our meeting place, whether it's for partying or for gaming/chatting/showing etc. together.
Of course, everyone is allowed to retreat to their room whenever and for as long as they want, and if something doesn't fit, it should always be addressed openly and honestly!
Despite all the fun, it is always important to us that everyone is taken into consideration and that everyone feels comfortable! :)
We also have a cleaning plan.
