Ich wünsche dir einen wunderschönen Tag! Ich vermiete ein unmöbliertes, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer in einer 2er WG, das du nach Lust und Laune einrichten kannst. Das Zimmer hat einen schicken Dielenboden, die typisch hohen Decken eines Altbaus und geht zur einer ruhigen Seitenstraße raus. Die ganze Wohnung ist im Hochparterre, sodass dir auch niemand im Vorbeigehen durchs Fenster schauen kann.
Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es noch ein großes, aktuell sehr wenig eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer - da kommt noch ein bisschen was denke ich.

I wish you a wonderful day! I rent an unfurnished, light-flooded room in a shared flat for 2 people, which you can furnish as you wish. The room has a chic plank floor, the typical high ceilings of an old building and goes out to a quiet side street. The whole apartment is on the mezzanine floor, so no one can see you through the window.
In addition to the bedroom there is a large, currently very little furnished living room - let's try and find something to put in there together.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen vom Prenzlauer Berg, direkt um die Ecke vom Kollwitzplatz. Zu Fuß bist du in ca. 3 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt, in 6 min bei der Metro und in ca. 7-8 Minuten an der U2 (Senefelder Platz). Der Stadtteil hat sonst alles zu bieten, was das kulinarische und kulturelle Herz begehrt!

The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, just around the corner from Kollwitzplatz. Most of what you need for your daily life isn't far away; it takes about 3 min to the nearest supermarket, 6 min to the tram station and about 7-8 min to the metro line 2 (station Senefelder Platz).
Ich bin 29, seit ein paar Jahren fertig mit dem Studium und mache, wie ich es für meine Familie formuliere "was mit Energie". Ich bin generell relativ viel unterwegs, treffe mich Abends mit Freund*innen für alles zwischen einem Drink, einem entspanntem Kinobesuch, einer Runde Sport oder einen Abend im Club, der mal wieder länger war, als er hätte sein sollen. Ansonsten probiere ich mich grade daran, das perfekte Rezept für Zimtschnecken zu finden - da müssen bestimmt hier und da mal welche getestet werden. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir es schaffen, ab und zu mal eine Runde gemeinsam zu kochen, abends unterwegs zu sein oder auch einfach spontan in der Küche zu versacken. Allgemein ist mir eine offene Kommunikation ziemlich wichtig - den Rest bekommen wir schon hin.

I'm 29, finished my studies a few years ago and, to put it like I explain it to my family, 'do something related to energy'. I am generally relatively out quite a lot, to meet in the evening with friends for everything between a drink, a relaxed visit to the cinema, an evening of sports or a night out in a club which finishes way later than it should've. Other than that, im currently experimenting to find the lerfect recipe for cinnamon buns - I’m sure some of them will need to be tested here and there. I would be happy if we could manage to cook a round together from time to time, be out and about in the evenings or just spontaneously get together in the kitchen. In general, open communication is pretty important to me - we'll figure out the rest from there.
Leider ist der gesamte Mietvertrag aktuell begrenzt bis zum 31. März 2024. Es kann gut sein, dass sich das verlängert, aber das kann ich nicht versprechen. Ich wünsche dir viel Glück und Erfolg bei der Wohnungssuche, egal ob es dieses Zimmer wird oder nicht. Ich bin mir sicher, dass du es schaffst!

Unfortunately, the entire lease is currently limited until March 31, 2024. It may well be that this will be extended, but I cannot promise that.
