Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für 2 Wochen unter vom 28. April bis 11. Mai 2023 während ich im Urlaub bin. (Am 12.5. komme ich früh wieder aus dem Urlaub, also Check-out ginge auch noch früh am 12.5.).

Ich suche eine super ordentliche, saubere und ruhige Person für mein Zimmer!
Du würdest Dir das Bad und die Küche mit meinem Mitbewohner teilen.

Mein Zimmer hinterlasse ich dir natürlich blitzblank mit einem frisch bezogenem Bett und Handtüchern.

Wenn du mein Zimmer verlässt wäre es super, wenn du das Zimmer halbwegs sauber und ordentlich verlässt.

Für die 2 Woche berechne ich pauschal 700€!

Ich wohne in einer Top Lage, fast direkt an der Schönhauser Allee und nur 500m von den Schönhauser Arcaden entfernt.
Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hast du direkt vor der Tür!

I live in a great spot in Prenzlauer Berg right next to Pankow and close to the Schönhauser Allee. The Schönhauser Arcaden (Shopping Mall) is just 500 metres away. You'll find right in front of my door (100m away) public transport opportunities.

Mein Mitbewohner (gleichzeitig Wohnungseigentümer) ist 40 Jahre alt, hat einen süßen Hund namens Luna (11 Jahre alt, Golden Retriever Mischling) und eine kleine Tochter Shirin (4 Jahre alt) die auch für eine Woche insgesamt anwesend sein wird (vom 28.4. bis 1.5. und dann wieder ab dem 8.5.).

Mein Mitbewohner ist meistens da, sehr entspannt und ruhig. Mit ihm würdest Du auch die Schlüsselvergabe machen.

My flatmate/owner of the apartment is 40 years old, has a super cute dog called Luna (Golden Retriever Halfbreed) and a 4-year old daughter that will be present for a week as well.

My flatmate is super relaxed, nice and friendly and he won't bother you. He'll be giving you my apartment keys.

Anforderungen:

- Schuhe bitte am Wohnungseingang ausziehen und nicht mit Schuhen in der Wohnung rumlaufen.
- Sei bitte sauber und ordentlich
- Meine Kleidung/Sonstiges etc. bleiben bitte unberührt
- Meine Möbel sind weiß und ich würde mich freuen, wenn Du bitte darauf achtest, dass mein Teppich und Couch auch weiß bleiben ;)
- Party animals sind in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht ;)
- Bitte hinterlasse mir mein Zimmer halbwegs sauber und ordentlich!

Check-in und Check-out können wir gerne individuell ausmachen.

Requirements:

- please take your shoes off at the door step and don't walk with your outside shoes in the apartment!
- please be clean, organised and tidy
- please leave my clothes etc. untouched, they are not for lending ;)
- my furniture and whole interior is white, so please be cautious to not make stains on my white couch and white carpet.
- Party Animals are not welcome in my Apartment ;)
- please leave my room halfway clean and tidy

We can arrange the check-in and out individually.
