We have one room available in a 3 bedroom WG in Prenzlauerberg. The room is available from April 26th until June 1st.
One bedroom is currently unused, so you will be sharing a large flat with only one other person.
Your bedroom faces the street and is very large. It is fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and desk chair. There are some other small shelves and storage space. There is also some storage available in the cellar.
The flat is in a wonderful location right between the edge of Prenzlauer berg and Friedrichshain. Volkspark Friedrichshain is a ~3 minute walk from the front door.
There is easy Strassenbahn or bike access to all parts of the city with an M10 stop 2 minutes from the front door or the Greifswalder S-Bahn station a 10-15 minute walk from the flat.
The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and family oriented, but a more social nightlife is easily accessible
There is a large kitchen with all cooking utensils you could need and plenty of food storage space. It was recently renovated, with a standard refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, and 4 burner induction stovetop.
The bathroom is large with a shower/bath. There is a washing machine and a dryer also in the bathroom.
Bike parking is available in the inner Hof which is locked, but outdoors and uncovered.
The roommate you will be living with will be working outside of the flat for most of the day every weekday, so you have the place mostly to yourself. We are renting last minute because the previous roommate unexpectedly moved out to move back with his family.
This flat is only available from April 26 to June 1, just over one month. There is a chance it will also be available for the month of June, but that has not been decided.
