*About the Apartment*
Our top floor apartment (5th floor with an elevator) is spacious and filled with natural light. It features two bathrooms and 1 1/2 living rooms. Additionally, we have a (functioning!!) fireplace and a rooftop terrace. Your room would be approximately 15m2 and comes furnished (if you have your own furniture, let us know, and we can accommodate).
Lage
The apartment is conveniently located with Tram M10 + M4 right at our doorstep, and the S-Bahn is only 800 meters away.
WG-Leben
*Shared Living in the WG*
While we all have kinda busy lives and jobs, we enjoy spending time together both inside and outside of the WG. If you're interested in sharing groceries and cooking together (but also for each other), that would be great (but not mandatory).
Our WG is kept pretty clean, so cleanliness should be important to you, and you should have no problem with cleaning. We have a cleaning schedule (weekly rotation), and we also share smaller extra tasks such as watering our many plants and handling minor maintenance duties. Active participation and a sense of responsibility are important.
During weekdays, it's usually quiet here as we tend to get up early. On weekends, it's more relaxed, and very rarely, we might even have a party.
English is our primary language in the WG, but we also speak German, French, and Spanish.
*About Us*
We are Constanze and Leonie.
Leonie (she/her), 24 years old, from Benin + German, working at an anti-discrimination NGO. I'm
relatively new to Berlin and have a love for dancing (afro fusion, ballet, salsa,…). I'm also a big fan of cooking, always making too much food (which is great for you). Spicy food is my jam, and Sunday morning brunch is my favorite meal of the week.
Constanze (she/they), 31 years old, queer, white, German, neurodivergent, able-bodied, and a doctor. I enjoy running, cooking, and occasionally going to clubs, although not as frequently as before. Sometimes, I organize flinta play parties and play spaces. I am vegetarian and striving to be more vegan. Having a peaceful and friendly atmosphere at home is important to me, as well as a sense of community through shared meals and cooking together.

*What We Expect from You*
We hope you have a genuine interest in communal living (rather than just a functional WG) with a focus on sharing and spending time together. It would be great if you would follow a vegetarian or vegan diet (at least at home). Ideally, you have previous experience living in other WG’s, and this wouldn't be your first shared living experience. Your age range is roughly between 24 and 32 years old. If you're looking for a fantastic, long-term WG with a beautiful view, this is the place for you!
