Ich vermiete befristet ein super süßes Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung im Prenzlauer Berg.
Erstmal befristet ggf kann ab 1.1.2024 die komplette Wohnung auf Zeit gemietet werden.
Steht aktuell aber noch nicht fest.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral und man ist sehr schnell an den schönhauser Arcaden oder an den Öffis(5min zu Fuß)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Rewe und Co. sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
Ich bin selbst hier erst eingezogen und von daher ist leider noch nicht alles vorhanden. Freue mich also wenn du etwas mitbringst :)Ich bin selbst berufstätig und oft beim Sport oder auf Reisen oder auch mal in der Heimat zu Besuch. Ich würde mir eine nette Mitbewohnerin wünschen mit der man auch mal was unternehmen kann was aber auch kein Zwang ist :) Ich bin sehr unkompliziert und wünsche mir von einer Mitbewohnerin auch einen respektvollen Umgang. In der Wohnung ist leider keine Waschmaschine aber ein Waschsalon direkt zwei Straßen weiter entfernt. Es ist eine Altbauwohnung und daher etwas hellhörig, das sollte jedem bewusst sein.
Ich freu mich auf jeden Fall von euch zu hören
