Die im 4. OG nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohnung besticht durch helle, großflächige Fenster und hohe Decken, die ein luftiges und großzügiges Ambiente in allen Nutzungsräume schaffen. Sie eignet sich ideal für eine WG-Situation, da die Zimmer an den gegenüberliegenden Enden der Wohnung liegen, was eine hohe Privatsphäre gewährleistet. (Siehe Grundriss)
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schlafsofa und Arbeitstisch ausgestattet. Ich habe zudem ein Paar neue regale angebracht und einen schönen Sessel dazu gekauft. (mehr Fotos werden hinzugefüg.
Die Schränke werden zuteils geleert, aber ich kann gerne einige Bettwäsche für dich im Zimmer hinterlassen.
Anmeldung ist nicht möglich für die kürzere Zeit.
Mein Vermietern Daniel ist vor allem super nett und weiß von der Untermiete Bescheid. Er kommt oft nach Berlin und hilft gerne, wenn was in der Wohnung kapput geht.

The apartment on the 4th floor, facing south, impresses with bright, expansive windows and high ceilings that create an airy and spacious ambiance in all living areas. It's ideal for a shared living situation, as the rooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment, ensuring high privacy. (See floor plan)
The room is already furnished with a bed, wardrobe, sleeper sofa, and work desk. I also bought a new armchair and some shelves. (more pics later)
The closets will be emptied before use, but I can gladly leave some bedding for you in the room.
Registration is not possible due to short-term contract.
My landlord Daniel is really friendly and is aware of the subletting. He often comes to Berlin and is willing to help if something in the apartment is not working.

Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Tramhaltestelle Schönhauser Allee/Bornholmer Straße (M1/M13/50), der U2 Vinetastraße und der S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee (Ringbahn S41/42) - was für eine sehr effiziente und schnelle Mobilität in Berlin sorgt.
Es gibt allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Kiosks/Spätis, Netto, Aldi, ReWe, EDEKA, DM und viel weiteres in dem Einkaufszentrum bei der S-Bahnhaltestelle).
Zudem gibt es vile kleine Parks und sogar das berühmte Mauerpark ist in 25 min zu Fuß / 10 min mit der Tram erreichbar. Richtung Eberswalder Straße (M1/U2) gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants, wobei man eher mit der S-Bahn rausfahren muss, wenn man richtig feiern will - ist aber am WE auch echt bequem.

The apartment is located not far from the tram stop Schönhauser Allee/Bornholmer Straße (M1/M13/50), the U2 Vinetastraße subway station, and the Schönhauser Allee S-Bahn station (Ringbahn S41/42) - which provides very efficient and fast mobility in Berlin.
There are all kinds of shopping options nearby (kiosks/convenience stores, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, EDEKA, DM, and much more in the shopping center at the S-Bahn station). Additionally, there are many small parks and even the famous Mauerpark can be reached within a 25-minute walk or 10 minutes by tram. Towards Eberswalder Straße (M1/U2), there are many bars and restaurants, but if you want to party properly, you may need to take the S-Bahn - which is quite convenient on weekends as well.

Ich, Gustavo bin für ein Monat im Ausland bei meiner Familie und kann danach noch ein Paar Wochen flexibel bei einem Freund außerhalb Berlins verbringen.
Mein Mitbewohner João ist auch Brasilianer mit deutschen Wurzeln. Er ist seit ein Paar Monaten in Berlin, um sein Deutsch zu verbessern und um hier einen neuen Job zu suchen. Er ist sehr umgänglich und freut sich über ein*e offene*r Mitbewohner*in - insbesondere, wenn er Deutsch übern kann.
Wir machen keine Hauspartys oder dergleichen, aber laden hin und wieder gemeinsame Freunde zum essen ein und gehen gemeinsam feiern.
