Zum freien Zimmer: Es ist sehr ruhig zum angrenzenden Park gelegen. Bei offenem Fenster kann man die Vögel zwitschern hören. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Boxsringbett unter welchem sehr viel Stauraum ist. Eine Kommode sowie ein offener Hängekeiderschrank ist auch vorhanden. Ein Schreibtisch passte bisher gut rein, wurde aber von der aktuellen Mieterin nicht genutzt. Im langen Flur (siehe Bilder) ist ein weiterer großer Schrank frei.
About the vacant room: It is very quietly located facing the adjacent park. You can hear the birds chirping when the window is open. The room has a box spring bed under which there is plenty of storage space. There is also a chest of drawers and an open hanging wardrobe. A desk used to fit in well, but was not used by the current tenant. In the long hallway (see pictures) there is another large cupboard free.

Küche: Moderne Küche, voll ausgestattet, American Side to Side Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel/Gefiltertem Wasserfunktion, Sodastream, Jura Kaffeemaschine mit Milchaufschäumer, Waschtrockner, Entsafter, Mixer, ... alles (wenn was fehlt dann kaufe ich es :D)
Bad: sehr geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche (Tropendusche), Badewanne, Doppelwaschbecken, etc.
Der Balkon: Der Balkon ist halt echt nice. Mit Wärmestrahlern, Heizdecke, Vorhängen, Bambuspflanzen und sehr heller Lichterkette übersteht man auch den Berlin-Horror-Februar. Auf dem Balkon ist ne Liegewiese und halt Tisch mit Stühlen. Balistyle. Dort kommst du aber nur über Wafa oder mein Zimmer hin. Aber eigentlich sind unsere Türen immer offen und wir freuen uns wenn wir uns sehen. Vom Balkon sieht man auch den Fernsehturm. Der Alexanderplatz ist 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt.

Wafas room: room facing the balcony and Prenzlauer Allee, fireplace, large chill-out bed
Living room: 40 m², typical "Berlin room" (passage from the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom and further entrance to the apartment), very comfortable giant sofa (also sofa bed), dining table for up to 10 people. Smart TV, games collection, co-working/learning space, ....
Kitchen: Modern kitchen, fully equipped, American side to side fridge with ice cube/filtered water function, Sodastream, Jura coffee machine with milk frother, washer-dryer, juicer, blender, ... everything (if something is missing then I'll buy it :D)
Bathroom: very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower (tropical shower), bathtub, double washbasin, etc.
The balcony: The balcony is just really nice. With radiant heaters, electric blanket, curtains, bamboo plants and very bright fairy lights, you can even survive the Berlin horror of February. There's a sunbathing area and a table and chairs on the balcony. Balistyle. But you can only get there via Wafa or my room. But actually our doors are always open and we're happy to see each other. You can also see the TV tower from the balcony. Alexanderplatz is a 5-minute walk away.

Wafa und Ich, Thea, leben aktuell zusammen. Ich als Hauptmieterin kümmere mich hauptsächlich um die Wohnung. Ich "manage" (.D) die Haushaltshilfe, den Handwerker, bestelle Klopapier whatever. Was man halt so braucht.
Ich kümmere mich darum das immer alles heile uns schick ist (Waschmaschine, usw., bestelle neue Pflanzen usw..). Die Haushaltshilfe kommt im Grunde jede Woche, putzt die Wohnung, macht die Betten, etc.
Dennoch hat jeder ne kleine Aufgabe (einer Müll runter bringen, einer Staubsaugerroboter pflegen, einer..) und machen halt echt sauber nachdem wir in der Küche, Bad oder Wohnzimmer waren.
Wir sind an einem gemütlichen Zusammenleben interessiert. Können auch mal hart feiern, der Fokus liegt aber auf das Leben, .....
eine gute ausgeglichene Beziehung.
Wafa and I, Thea, currently live together. As the main tenant, I mainly look after the apartment. I "manage" (.D) the domestic help, the handyman, order toilet paper, whatever. Whatever you need.
I make sure that everything is always in good condition (washing machine, etc., order new plants, etc.). The domestic help basically comes every week, cleans the apartment, makes the beds, etc..
Nevertheless, everyone has a small task (one takes out the garbage, one takes care of the robot vacuum cleaner, one...) and they really clean after we've been in the kitchen, bathroom or living room.
We are interested in living together comfortably. We can party hard sometimes, but the focus is on life, .....
a well-balanced relationship.
Wohnungsbesichtigung: Schreib gerne einfach via WhatsApp oder ruf einfach durch. Wir quatschen kurz, ich zeig dir die Wohnung via Facetime und dann schauen wir weiter. Lass es uns einfach halten. Oder du kommst einfach rum.

sonstiges: Und in der Wohnung gibt es am Ende nichts was es nicht gibt. Von Nähmaschine, Bügeleisen, jegliches Bastelzeug, Campingstuff,... über Drucker über Fahrräder und auch das Auto könnt ihr nutzen wenn ich es gerade nicht brauche,...
Zum Einzug: Die aktuelle Mieterin hat eine Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat zum 15. des Monats oder Ende des Monats. Darauf könnt ihr euch auch das Einzugsdatum errechnen. Beispiel: Ihr entscheidet euch am 18.1. für die Wohnung, dann habt ihr das Zimmer ab dem 1. März. Ihr entscheidet euch am 03. März für das Zimmer, dann habt ihr es ab 15 April, ... usw.

Other: And in the end, there's nothing in the apartment that doesn't exist. From sewing machines, irons, all kinds of craft stuff, camping stuff,... printers, bicycles and you can even use the car when I don't need it...
To move in: The current tenant has a notice period of 1 month to the 15th of the month or the end of the month. You can use this to calculate the move-in date. Example: If you decide to move into the apartment on January 18, you will have the room from March 1. You decide on the room on March 3, then you will have it from April 15, ... etc.
