Hi zusammen! 🌸
ich ziehe aus der WG (wegen Arbeit und Uni) und daher wird mein Zimmer frei. Es ist ein kleines 9m^2 Zimmer (vielleicht auch ein bisschen mehr, bin mir nicht 100%sicher), komplett möbliert mit allem was auf dem Bildern ist (also Matratze, Schrank, zwei Nachrichte, Fernseher, Fernsehertisch mit Schubladen, kleine Couch, und Spiegel). Also würde perfekt sein für jemanden der gerade ankommt und nicht viel Möbel hat :) Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Zimmer eher ruhig, da das Fenster ins Innenhof schaut. :)
Die Wohnung ist auch natürlich mit allen gestattet(bzw wasch und Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster, etc.)

I'm moving out of my WG (due to work and university) and therefore my room is going to be free. it's a small room, about 9m^2 (possibly a bit more, I'm not 100% sure), and fully furnished with everything you see in the pics (so mattress, the open wardrobe, two bedside tables, tv, tv stand with drawers, small sofa and mirror). so would be perfect for someone who's just coming to Berlin or doesn't have a lot of furniture. despite the central location it's rather quiet since the window faces the courtyard. :)
the apartment itself is also fully equipped with washing and dish washing machine, oven, fridge, etc.
unfortunately no anmeldung possible rn
die Wohnung ist in der Grellstraße, 3 Minuten Fußweg von Ring, also S Greifswalder Str (S41/42, S8, S85 und Tram M4).
Da gibt's Aldi und Edeka gleich um die Ecke, und auch ne Apotheke, und 10min entfernt auch Rewe, einen arabischen laden, DM und ein kleines Einkaufszentrum. die Heinrich Böll Bibliothek ist auch über die Straße. die ist echt süß :) da sind auch ein paar Pubs und ein Döner laden.

apartment is in grellstraße, 3mins walk from the ring, S Greifswalder Str (S41/42, S8, S85 und Tram M4). there is an Aldi and Edeka and a pharmacy around the corner, and 10 min walking there is Rewe, an Arabic grocery store, DM and a small shopping mall. the Heinrich Böll library is also across the street. it's a super cute library.there are also a few pubs and a Döner place
Emin und Atakan werden deine Mitbewohner sein. die kommen beide aus der Türkei und sind beide sehr nett. das Mittleben ist entspannt und angenehm. Die WG legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, da gibt's auch ein Putzplan (manchmal rufen Emin und Atakan einen Putzmann, bzw wenn sie keine Zeit haben wegen Arbeit selber zu putzen, du könntest das auch machen, bzw das mit ihnen besprechen).
Emin ist Ein Bachata Tanzlehrer und arbeitet auch in einem Kaffe. Er ist selten Zuhause da er so viel arbeitet. Aber wenn er da ist, ist es immer angenehm ein paar Wörter in der Küche zu tauschen. :)
Atakan hat gerade sein Bachelor zu Ende gebracht. Er ist nett und ruhig, aber auch super lustig, mag videogames und nerdy Sachen, immer offen für Gespräche, und auch etwas zusammen zu tun falls ihr euch versteht:)
Das ist auch definitiv keine Party WG

Emin and Atakan are going to be your flatmates. they're both from turkey and are very nice. living together is chill and comfortable. cleanliness is quite important, there is also a cleaning schedule (sometimes Emin and Atakan invite a cleaning person to do it for them when they are busy with work, you could do the same if you want, just speak with them about it)
Emin is a Bachata dance instructor and he also works in a Cafe. he is rarely home since he works so much. But when he is here it's always super nice to exchange a few words with him in the kitchen :))
Atakan just finished his Bachelor. he is super sweet and quiet, but also very funny, likes videogames and nerdy stuff, and is open to chatting and doing things together if y'all get along :)
also definitely not a party WG
Falls du Interesse hast, schreib mir eine msg. Wer bist du? wie alt? woher kommst du und was machst du in Berlin? was sind deine Interessen und was suchst du in einer WG? auch dammit ich weiß das du das gelesen hast, bitter schreibe mir, an der Anfang deiner msg, was derzeitig dein favourite song ist :)
und auch sorry ich werde nicht jedem zurückschreiben können, nur diejenigen, die wir zu einer Besichtigung einladen möchten
