Das Zimmer ist schön ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Alle drei Zimmer der Wohnung sind frei nutzbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann.
Meiner Meinung nach eins der schönsten Viertel Berlins mit tollen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants in der umliegenden Nähe. Dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und man kann nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Sehr gut angebunden zu S-Bahn und Strassenbahn.
Da ich beruflich pendle zwischen Köln und Berlin, werde ich nicht dauerend in Berlin sein. Ich suche einen Mitbewohner, der eventuell in einer ähnlichen Situation ist oder nicht nach einem klassischen WG-Leben sucht, weil ich nicht regelmässig vor Ort sein werde.
