Hi! I’m renting out my big room until the end of the yead (dates are flexible). The price mentioned in the ad is for the whole period.
It’s a 30 sqm room (including the balcony) in a shared flat with a super sweet French girl (mostly at work during the week). We share a kitchen and bathroom and the whole flat is fully furnished and refurbished in April 2022 (everything is brand new basically). You literally just need your suitcase and the rest is all taken care of!
You will be staying in my room which has lots of natural light, it is facing a side street to Schonhauser Allee which is super quiet but still in walking distance of many convenience shops.
Schonhauser Allee is a busy street but Paul-Robeson-Straße is a super quiet street in walking distance of many convenience shops (Rewe, Netto, Edeka, DHL paketstation, Printshop, DM, Bundi, Flowers, etc).
Additionally, in less than 5min by walk you can reach M1, S41/42/85/8 and U2. The location is really perfect if you want to move around Berlin or also stay in the area and explore Prenzlauer Berg!
As said, you will be sharing the flat with a 22-yo french girl living in Berlin since March and working full-time (going to the office every day). Since the flat is brand new, it is essential to keep it extremely tidy and clean at all times!
