Die Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg befindet sich im 1. Stock zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Sie hat eine Fläche von etwa 55 Quadratmetern und umfasst neben Bad und Küche, die wir gemeinsam nutzen, 2 Schlafzimmer. Dein Zimmer hat ungefähr 12 Quadratmeter (unmöbliert) und im Flur steht ein Schuhregal zur Verfügung.
Ein wenig über mich:
Ich komme aus Bremen und bin letztes Jahr wegen meiner Arbeit nach Berlin gezogen. Ich suche eine entspannte und freundliche Person, mit der man sich gut unterhalten und gelegentlich etwas unternehmen kann. Unsere WG soll keine Party-WG sein, sondern ein gemütliches Zuhause. Deshalb bevorzuge ich keine Zweck-WG, aber "Me-Time" gehört selbstverständlich dazu. :)
Ich spreche fließend Deutsch, Englisch, Persisch und Spanisch und würde mich über respektvolle, weltoffene und freundliche Mitbewohner freuen.

The apartment in Prenzlauer Berg is situated on the 1st floor facing the quiet backyard. It spans approximately 55 square meters and includes 2 bedrooms along with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Your room is about 12 square meters (unfurnished) and there's a small shelf available for your shoes in the hallway.

I'm from Bremen and moved to Berlin last year for work. I'm seeking a relaxed and friendly individual open to conversations and occasional hangouts. Our home isn't meant to be a party place but a cozy living space. However, "me-time" is certainly part of it. :)
