Hey there!
We've got a room available in our spacious apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, available only for December and January.
The apartment is bright, roomy, and cozy. The room comes furnished with a bed and a dedicated workspace.
Despite there being three bedrooms in the apartment, you'll only be sharing with a lovely roommate.
Due to the short-term nature of the lease, registration (Anmeldung) won't be possible.
We are really well located, only ten minutes by foot to Schonhauser alle station, where the Ring Bahn, tram, and U2 pass.
The area has a lot of nice stores and the atmosphere is pleasant for walking.
There are parks nearby, bars and cafes. A quiet but enjoyable place.
It is a quiet place, where respect and privacy prevail. We have the kitchen in common, and it is a place where you can eventually share a breakfast or lunch with chats.
Due to the characteristics of the WG, it is not suitable for smokers or pets.
I think all is said here don’t hesitate to ask us about any extra information you may need.
