Hello! We are two friends looking for a new tenant to share our beautiful and super bright rooftop apartment in Prenzlauer-Berg from Feb 1st, 2024.
We are laid-back, outgoing and like sharing a beer together on our sunny balcony. Sometimes we might cook food, visit a bar or go to social events together. We love traveling, being outdoors, listening to music, bouldering, exploring Berlin and getting to know new friends 😊
Our apartment is brand new. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave oven and an extractor hood. The room is rented unfurnished, but there will be a few helpful things (e.g. wardrobe) to inherit from the current housemate.
Registration is possible from March.

Hallo! Wir sind zwei Freunde und suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne und helle Dachgeschosswohnung in Prenzlauer-Berg ab 1. Februar 2024.
Wir sind entspannt, kontaktfreudig und trinken gerne ein Bier zusammen auf unserem sonnigen Balkon. Manchmal kochen wir auch gemeinsam, gehen in eine Bar oder auf gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen. Wir lieben es zu reisen, draußen zu sein, Musik zu hören, zu bouldern, Berlin zu erkunden und neue Freunde kennenzulernen 😊.
Unsere Wohnung ist nagelneu. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Dunstabzugshaube. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, einige hilfreiche Dinge (z. B. Kleiderschrank) werden jedoch vom aktuellen Mitbewohner geerbt.
Eine Anmeldung ist ab März möglich.
