Hello everyone!
(First of all; the room is 620,- including additional costs)
We are Faby and Mariia, 22 and 28 years old. We would like to welcome a new flat mate in our lovely apartment starting from the first of February.
We both speak English with each other and are therefore looking for a roommate who speaks English fluently, although if your English isn't perfect, that's ok too.
Your room is 13 m2 and is already furnished with a bunk bed with mattress, desk and a shelf. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom.
The additional costs (fast internet, heating etc.) are included in the rent.
There is a Späti and various cafés right outside the door. Aldi is a 5-minute walk away and within 8 minutes you are on Schönhauser Allee, where the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Tram run. There is also a bus that brings you to the U8, which is only a 5 minute walk away. Mauerpark is also only a short walk away. Our neighbourhood is super friendly and there are many events, yet it is also a super safe and quiet space to live.
We are 2 girls, Faby is 22 and Mariia is 28, very interested in Art, movies and other cultural things.
Faby is an Architecture student in her last year of her Bachelor's degree and Mariia works from home as a product owner, with a degree in Geology.
We are good friends and both want to make sure our home is always as clean and comfortable for each other and try to ensure that the apartment runs almost like a well-oiled machine. We appreciate each other's privacy, but also cook together a lot and enjoy a good drink together regularly.
Cleanliness is very important- we've got a cleaning plan as we think its just the easiest way to keep the apartment in a way that everyone is happy with. We would be very happy to have a nice roommate with whom we can cook something together in the evening and drink a glass of wine together. Of course, it is also important that we can work together and divide the tasks in the apartment fairly, and that we help each other.

The first contract will be limited to 3 months, as a trial period to see how living together works- usually we can tell very soon if it will, so make sure you think you would be a good fit.
We do several rounds of interviews, first online, then we do an in-person viewing of the apartment and have a coffee together.
