Ich ziehe aus meinem Wg Zimmer aus, ca 13qm in einem saniertem Neubau in Prenzlauer Berg an der Grenze zu Pankow. Das Zimmer hat Fußbodenheizung, wie die gesamte Wohnung und könnte dein neuer gemütlicher Rückzugsort werden! Das Wohnzimmer bzw die große Wohnküche darfst du selbstverständlich genauso mitnutzen und steht dir zur freien Verfügung :) Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, das Haus einen Aufzug. Es ist super ruhig.
Der Preis für das Zimmer beinhaltet mit allen Kosten, inklusive Wlan und Nebenkosten zusammen 750€
Diverse Tramhaltestellen sind direkt in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, außerdem erreichst du die S Prenzlauer Allee, S Schönhauser Allee und die Eberswalderstraße in circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Dm, Penny und Aldi sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es circa 20 Minuten mit der Tram.
Wir suchen ausschließlich eine FLINTA Person!
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Sophie, 27 Jahre und angehende Krankenschwester. Sophie hat einen kleinen Kater, Mio, der unglaublich verschmust ist. Du solltest also besser keine Katzenhaarallergie haben.
Wir lieben es, gemeinsam zu kochen oder abends mal einen Tee zu trinken und uns auszutauschen und vielleicht über das Leben zu philosophieren. Gegen eine gemeinsame Yoga oder Jogging Session ist auch nie etwas einzuwenden :)
Es wäre wichtig, dass du dich vegetarisch ernähst oder offen dafür wärst, es zumindest zuhause, zu werden.

You would live together with Sophie, 27 years old and a prospective nurse. Sophie has a small cat, Mio, who is incredibly cuddly. So you better not be allergic to cat hair.
We love to cook together or have a cup of tea in the evening and talk and perhaps philosophize about life. There's never anything wrong with a yoga or jogging session together either :)
It would be important for you to eat vegetarian or at least be open to becoming one at home.

I'm moving out of my room, about 13sqm in a renovated new building in Prenzlauer Berg on the border to Pankow. The room has underfloor heating, like the whole apartment and could be your new cozy retreat! Of course, you can also use the living room or the large eat-in kitchen, which is at your free disposal :) The apartment has a balcony, the house has an elevator. It is super quiet.
The price for the room includes all costs, including wifi and utilities together 750€
Various streetcar stops are just a few minutes' walk away, and you can also reach S Prenzlauer Allee, S Schönhauser Allee and Eberswalderstraße in around 15 minutes on foot.
Shopping facilities such as Rewe, Dm, Penny and Aldi are also within walking distance. Alexanderplatz is about 20 minutes away by streetcar.
