Hi, we are two women's , who looking after a nice flatmade from now on…
In our beautiful old building, a 3-person working shared apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, an approx. 15 sqm room is available. Like the rest of the 100 sqm apartment, this room is friendly, bright and, despite its central location, very quiet because it faces the backyard. It has a beautiful wooden floor and is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, storage space and desk.
The heart of the apartment is our 30sqm, sunny and simply fantastic eat-in kitchen - also with wooden floors and lots of stucco on the ceilings. The apartment also has a large and bright bathroom and an extra guest toilet.
The apartment is centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg and anyone who relies on public transport will love this location, because right outside the door are: U2 Eberswalder Straße, the tram lines M1, M10 and 12, as well as various bus stops. The Ring-Bahn stop “Schönhauser Allee” is just one subway station away. If you step out of the front door, you will be surrounded by magical cafés, restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Kastanienallee, Mauerpark and Helmholtzplatz can be reached on foot within just a few minutes.
We travel a lot for work and really enjoy our apartment as soon as we get back to Berlin. The large kitchen-living room is ideal for cooking evenings together, a glass of wine/beer on the balcony - always nice. But with us there is no “must”. Basically everyone can do whatever they feel like. We have managed without shared apartment rules in recent years and would like to keep it that way.
Friends, family and international guests are always warmly welcomed. There is a large couch, which is particularly popular in the summer months.
