Die Wohnung befindet sich im rechten Hinterhaus in der 1. Etage. Damit liegt sie relativ ruhig. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad, 1 Abstellraum und einen Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und kostet 520€ warm, hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof, durch das man auch auf den Balkon klettern kann.
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Regal, E-Piano). Darüberhinaus ist die Wg eigentlich auch mit allem ausgestattet, sodass du nichts groß mitbringen musst.

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Prenzlauer Berg in der Gleimstraße. Zur S-Schönhauser Allee sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuß, wo direkt die Ringbahn, U2, M1 und andere S-Bahnen fahren.
Die Umgebung ist belebt und es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis und Restaurants, Kneipen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Und der Mauerpark ist auch quasi direkt vor der Haustür.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg on Gleimstraße. It's just a 5-minute walk to S-Schönhauser Allee station, providing easy access to the Ringbahn, U2, M1, and other S-Bahn lines.
The neighborhood is vibrant with countless shopping options, spätis, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance. Plus, Mauerpark is practically right on your doorstep.
Du wirst in der Wg mit Eric und Philipp wohnen. Die beiden sind super lieb und wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut in der Wg. Philipp macht aktuell seine Ausbildung zum Psychotherapeuten und Eric hat bis vor kurzem noch an der Charite gearbeitet, ist gerade reisen und sonst in der Forschung tätig. Beide haben also unter der Woche einen relativ normalen Berufsalltag, aber sind am Wochenende auch viel unterwegs mit Freunden, beim Sport, draußen Tischtennis spielen, in Bars, Clubs…
Uns ist gute Kommunikation und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme wichtig, sodass die Wohnung ein Wohlfühlort für alle ist :)

You'll be living in the flat with Eric and Philipp, who are both wonderful and easygoing. We all get along really well in the apartment. Philipp is currently undergoing training to become a psychotherapist, while Eric recently worked at Charité and is currently traveling and involved in research. They both have typical weekday schedules but enjoy spending weekends out with friends, playing sports like outdoor table tennis, or exploring bars and clubs.
We value good communication and mutual respect, ensuring that the apartment remains a comfortable and welcoming space for everyone. :)
