Gemütliches WG-Zimmer mit Sofa und Kaminofen. Alles kann genutzt werden. :) Es gibt keine Heizung, das heißt der Ofen ist in Benutzung. Kohlen und Feuerholz ist vorhanden und in der Miete inbegriffen. Nur befristet für einen Monat (März).
Super Verkehrsanbindung. Tram ist 4min entfernt, in 20min ist man am Alexanderplatz. Die SBahn (Ringbahn) ist 7 Gehminuten weg. Drogerie und Supermärkte sind 5min weg und es gibt viele schöne Cafes und Parks in der Nähe. Die Straße ist ruhig aber man ist super schnell wieder im Trubel.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Sophia (24 J.) ist eine offene und unkomplizierte Person. Sie mag Spiritualität, Yoga, Feminismus und die Natur. Aber geht auch mal gerne feiern und ist unterwegs.
Online Besichtigungen sind möglich. Wir können uns unkompliziert über Zoom treffen. :)
