I'm Federica, 32 from Italy and living in Berlin since September 2022.
I will be in Italy from the 27th of July to the 9th of September and I'm looking for someone to sublet my lovely and cozy room in P-berg for that period!
The apartment is fully furnished, with all the amenities, I will also provide for bed sheets and towels so you might not need to bring those.
The flat it's approx. 75 sqm:
1 big living room with the kitchen (with all the amenities and perfect for cooking lovers!)
1 bathroom with shower and window.
The room for rent is equipped with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a big screen to work from home.
The flat is located at 4th floor and and entirely exposed in the inner courtyard so it is EXTREMELY quiet. What I love the most about the flat is the location and the quietness! :)
Room price is 890 per month (30 euros per day).
Price for the entire period 27th of July - 8th of September would be 1,240 euros

Located in the heart of the trendy neighborhood of Prenzlauerberg, walking distance from MauerPark, surrounded by many restaurant and cafe, but still in a calm and residential neighbourhood. The flat is really quiet.
M10, Ring Bahn, S8, S85 and U2 are walking distance from the apartment. Gesundbrunnen, one of FEX stop that connect you to the airport in exactly 30 mid is only 1.2 km away.
For that month you will be living with my flat mate, a lovely Italian guy just back from Australia who is working in a super famous and good Italian restaurant.
Due to work he's never home, but he is super sociable and friendly and quiet.
