Full furnished room set up for home office or studying. Not much space for too much clothing, unfortunately, but others have managed using the shelves and the hangers behind the door.

Excellent neighborhood. Down the street from Mauerpark, the planetarium, grocery stores, cinema, bars, restaurants, bakeries, shopping mall/arcade, and in a cute neighborhood/kiez filled with several Wochenmarkts. Also across the street from trams, U2, Ring and S-bahns, etc.

You would mostly have the place all to yourself, but technically you would share with a couple that won't be around much this summer. I am a Thai-American woman with a background in community economic development, urban planning, tech, research, and social entrepreneurship and who is there on average of 1-2x/month. Daniel is a resident at the hospital and is only there a few times a month as well in between long overnight and 24-hour shifts. When we are there, we're very friendly and open and would be happy to hang out!

There is a dining/living room (which is why the price is higher, because it includes the price for another room that most WGs don't offer.) The TV is fully connected, and you could use the living room as your separate office, since we wouldn't be there to share it much anyway. It's a cozy, well-furnished, well-maintained, bright, and spacious home with a small balcony from the 4th floor (there's an elevator), an eat-in kitchen with a big fridge, dishwasher, and all the tools and equipment needed for cooking and baking.

We have a goofy little dog, but he's also likely to be with us in Brandenburg most of this summer. However, if you're allergic to dogs, it would not be suitable as his hairs find a way of showing up in random places!

There would be regularly cleaning included in the price, as well as WIFI, and all other bills.

Sadly, no drugs or parties allowed. We would like to find someone who is responsible and relatively clean!
