The location is highly convenient, with a 5-minute walk to the Ringbahn, 8 minutes to the U2, and several grocery stores (Rewe, Penny, BioMarkt, Edeka) within 5 minutes on foot. You'll also find several parks nearby, and Mauer Park is easily accessible via the tram for the Sunday market.
The room itself is very spacious and comes with an attached balcony. It is fully furnished with a double bed, TV, desk, desk chair, couch, dresser, and coat rack.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other roommates, one pursuing a master's degree and the other a working professional. Both are in their mid to late twenties and are friendly, considerate, and respectful.
This is a one-year contract with possibility of extension along with anmeldung being possible. The warm rent is 750 euros, which includes all utilities and internet.
