This is a cozy room in a 4er WG in the heart of Kollwitzkiez. The rent is all-inclusive. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, etc. The furniture (aside from the rug and the mirror) will stay, so you'll have a bed + mattress, a desk, an office chair, a closet and two sets of drawers. The bedroom faces the street, so you also get a good amount of natural sunlight all throughout the day.
The contract renews every September, and you can stay as long as you'd like.
We have a large cell in the basement, so if you have your own stuff you'd like to store or if you want to replace the existing furniture with your own furniture, you're welcome to move anything you want downstairs. We also have a courtyard where you can park your bike.
2-minute walk to M10 Husemannstraße, 7-minute walk to Eberswalder Straße, 15-minute walk to S Prenzlauer Allee.
2 REWEs, 2 Lidls and a dozen organic/artisinal grocery stores within walking distance.
Beyond respect, communication and cleanliness, there are no specific expectations of your behavior in this WG. Sometimes we'll watch a movie or cook dinner together, but usually we're all working too much to have time for that.
One roommate (21m) is a barista at a local cafe, another (25m) is a bartender and the third (23f) is a tattoo artist.
