Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung liegt im Helmholzkiez direkt an der S-Bahn. Neben dem Schlafzimmer steht dir natürlich die Küche (mit Spülmaschine), das Bad (mit Waschmaschine) sowie einem Beamer für Kinoabende zur Verfügung.
Die S41/S42, S8, S85 sind direkt um die Ecke und der Helmholzplatz und Mauerpark sind nicht weit.
Du würdest mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Lisa wohnen. Wir haben ein sehr familiäres Verhältnis und quatschen häufig in der Küche über Alltag und Dinge, die uns bewegen. In so einem kurzen Zeitraum ist das natürlich kein muss, aber ein freundliches Miteinander dennoch Grundvoraussetzung. Wir freuen uns dich in einem kurzen Call kennenzulernen.
Preis: 430€ (inklusive Wlan, Strom und Wasser) + 200€ Kaution

The 2-room flat is located in the Helmholzkiez neighbourhood right next to the S-Bahn. In addition to the bedroom, there is of course a kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with washing machine) and a projector for cinema evenings.
The S41/S42, S8, S85 are just around the corner and Helmholzplatz and Mauerpark are not far away.
You would be living with my flatmate Lisa. We have a very informal relationship and often chat in the kitchen about everyday life and things that move us. Of course, this is not a must in such a short period of time, but a friendly relationship is still a basic requirement. We look forward to getting to know you in a short call.
Price: 430€ (including wifi, electricity and water) + 200€ deposit
Shorter periods also possible (min 1 week, less price increases to 25€/night)
