I’m looking for a new long-term tenant to take over my beautiful room in our 3-person WG, starting from the 15th of May.
You’d be living with Diana (43), a creative and easygoing hairdresser from New Zealand, and her partner Ross (35), who’s recently returned to Berlin. They’re both super friendly, relaxed, and enjoy a good balance of social time and personal space.
The room is large, bright, and completely unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own. The flat features a spacious shared bathroom, and a cozy open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that’s perfect for chats over coffee or dinner nights in.
The rent is €575 warm, with a Kaution of €1,105, plus €150 towards the new washing machine and shared furnishings like curtains and lights. The lease is unlimited, and Anmeldung is possible ✅
We’re looking for a female or non-binary person, aged 30+, who is working and can bring a calm and respectful energy to the flat. Someone who enjoys a mix of going out and quiet evenings in would fit in perfectly. It’s also important that you speak English, as that’s the main language at home. This is not a party flat.
