Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Zionskirche und es ist eine super Gegend, in 3 Min an der Tram und 7 Min an der U8.

Ein diskriminierungsfreier, bewusster und achtsamer Umgang miteinander ist mir sehr wichtig – sowohl innerhalb der WG als auch im weiteren sozialen Umfeld. Ich schätze offene Kommunikation, Rücksichtnahme und ein Zuhause, in dem man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen kann. Sauberkeit ist mir SEHR wichtig :)

Du solltest gerne in einer harmonischen Atmosphäre leben und vielleicht ähnliche Werte teilen. Erfahrung im WG-Leben wäre schön, damit der Alltag für uns beide unkompliziert und stimmig bleibt.

Wichtig: Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der sich längerfristig wohlfühlt (mindestens 6 Monate), da der Sommer oft eine unruhige Zeit ist – und ich gern auf kurzfristigen Wechsel verzichten möchte.
Homeoffice ist leider nicht möglich, da ich die Trennung von Arbeit und Rückzugsort sehr schätze – das hat sich für mich bewährt. Das Zimmer ist möbliert-Platz für große Möble ist nicht vorhanden.
