Your room is one of 5 bedrooms. Like the whole apartment it is relatively quiet due to the location in the back house. Your window looks out to the back house so that you get plenty of sun from the afternoon. In addition, it also has a balcony access that is used by everyone in the summer.
Otherwise, next to the living room we still have a spacious kitchen where there is always room for a common cooking or chatting. Normal bicycle stands are available in the courtyard. There are two bathrooms in total.
The room is not rented furniture (shadow grate and mattress could be organized if necessary).
Dein Zimmer ist eines von 5 Schlafzimmern. Wie die ganze Wohnung ist es durch die Lage im Hinterhaus relativ ruhig. Dein Fenster schaut zum Hinterhaus raus, sodass du ab Nachmittag ordentlich Sonne hineinbekommst. Zusätzlich hat es noch einen Balkonzugang, der von allen gerne im Sommer genutzt wird.
Sonst haben wir neben dem Wohnzimmer noch eine geräumige Wohnküche wo auch immer Platz für ein gemeinsames Kochen oder quatschen ist. Normale Fahrradständer sind im Innenhof vorhanden. Es gibt insgesamt zwei Bäder.
Das Zimmer wird nicht möbeliert vermietet (Lattenrost und Matratze könnten aber ggf. organisiert werden).
The apartment is located in the 2nd floor in the back house of a typical Berlin old building on Hufelandstraße in the middle of Bötzowkiez. It's just a little cafes, restaurants and sweet shops. Supermarkets also have several walking (Denns/Rewe/Rossmann per 5 min, Lidl/Edeka about 10 min).
In 5 minutes you will be at the M4 stop Hufelandstr. In 8 minutes, about the M10 and the S-Greifswalderstraße, there are about 10 minutes
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock im Hinterhaus eines typischen Berliner Altbaus auf der Hufelandstraße mitten im Bötzowkiez. Dort wimmelt es nur so von kleines Cafés, Restaurants und süßen Geschäften. Supermärkte gibt es auch mehrere fußläufig (Denns/Rewe/Rossmann je 5 min, Lidl/Edeka ca. 10 Min.).
In 5 Minuten bist du an der M4 Haltestelle Hufelandstr. In 8 Min. ungefähr an der M10 und zur S-Greifswalderstraße sind es dann etwas über 10 Minuten
We are Lena (28), Klara (31), Paula (29) and Tim (28) and have been living in the apartment for two years. We know each other from our common periods of study and have started working here in Berlin. Klara, Lena and Tim make your training a doctor in the hospital. Paula works in the planning of wind farms.
We look forward to chatting together after work, eating dinner or going out.
In our spare time, we like to meet with friends, stroll around the area, cook together or walk outside the door swinging the dance leg.
Of course, we are a little quieter during the week and sometimes during the weekend, and there is no problem to get back to his room. Nevertheless, we are looking for roommates who like to actively participate in WG life.
Wir sind Lena (28), Klara (31), Paula (29) und Tim (28) und wohnen seit zwei Jahren zusammen in der Wohnung. Wir kennen uns aus gemeinsamen Studienzeiten und haben hier in Berlin begonnen zu arbeiten. Klara, Lena und Tim machen Ihre Weiterbildung als Ärzt*innen im Krankenhaus. Paula arbeitet in der Planung von Windparks.
Wir freuen uns nach der Arbeit noch gemeinsam zu quatschen, Abendzuessen oder auch auszugehen.
In unserer Freizeit treffen wir uns gern mit Freunden, sporteln durch die Gegend, kochen gemeinsam oder gehen vor die Tür das Tanzbein schwingen.
Natürlich sind wir berufsbedingt unter der Woche und auch teilweise am Wochenende etwas ruhiger und es ist auch kein Problem sich dann mal in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Dennoch sind wir auf der Suche nach Mitbewohner*innen die sich gerne aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligen.
