Dies ist mein Zuhause, eine 2er WG (Mitbewohner Alter 27) . Wir haben eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung in einem schönen Vorderaus direkt an der Prenzlauer Allee/Ecke Danziger Str, im dritten Stock, dafür aber mit Aufzug! Die Wohnung besteht aus der gemeinsamen Küche-mit Kammer-, Bad und unsere 2 große Zimmer! Wir haben auch ein kleinen Balkon, da darf man auch rauchen!
Wir haben alles was man zum Leben braucht.

Die M2 und die M10 fahren direkt vor der Haustür, also in 10 min ist man am Alex oder Nordbanhof und auch Kreuzberg ist nur 18 min mit der M10. Nachts kommt man immer nach hause.
Eberswalder str U2 ist auch nur 2 tramstationen entfernt.
We have two tram lines just in front of the house, M2 and M10. With the M2 Alexanderplatz is just 8 minutes away and with M10 you can get to the famous Mauerpark in a few minutes ! Most important you can get home anytime during the night!
You can find anything you need in the neighborhood.
Just 3 stations away with the M2 you get to S Prenzlauer Allee where u can get the Ringbahn (Circle Line).
Jeder hat sein Programm aber mal zusammen kochen, trinken oder weggehen ist immer mal wieder drin.
Everyone has is own program but we like to cook and eat together, drink some wine at home or going out for drinks!
We love our home and we need you to love it too and take care of things.
The rent is 550 per month. There is also a deposit of 300 euros you will get back when you leave the flat
