a fully furnished room is available in our beautiful central shared apartment in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood!
We try to live a more Mindfulness Life and appreaciate people they do as well, readings books and stay alone and try to learn mindfulness life.
The room in the cozy 125sqm apartment in an old building is approx. 20sqm. The room is the only one in the backyard and therefore nice and quiet. Here you can arrive and orientate yourself in the big city and have your peace and privacy.
You can use the entire household (washing machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, smoothie mixer, ironing board / iron, pots, pans, dishes, etc.)!
The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor and the ceilings are modern and high, as is typical of old buildings. There is a wide, long hallway, a storage room, a bathroom and a small kitchen.
Since our kitchen is not that big, it is important to us that every roommate can use the kitchen to cook for themselves, so that everyone can practice their "mindful cooking" practice. We give the other space and distance.
Especially now in Corona times, we are looking for someone who is responsible with the topic.
We are looking for someone who is not always present, as we are 4 people sharing the flat - it is good to keep a good balance in using the flat.
There is a beautiful park nearby that can be used for meetings as a garden or a place for BBQ, chilling out with friends and meeting new people :-).

in unserer schönen zentralen WG im angesagten Szene-Kiez Prenzlauer Berg wird ein vollmöbiliertes Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer in der gemütlichen 125qm - Altbauwohnung ist ca. 20 qm. Das Zimmer ist das einzige im Hinterhof und daher schön ruhig. Hier kannst du in Ruhe in der Großstadt ankommen und orientieren und hast deine Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
Du kannst den kompletten Hausstand (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Smoothie-Mixer, Bügelbrett/-eisen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr etc.) mitbenutzen!
In der Wohnung ist ein schöner Dielenboden und die Decken sind altbautypisch modern und hoch. Es gibt einen breiten langen Flur, eine Abstellkammer, ein Bad sowie eine kleine Küche.
Da unsere Küche nicht so groß ist, legen wir Wert darauf, dass jeder Mitbewohner die Küche auch mal für sich alleine zum kochen nutzen kann, so dass jeder seine "Mindful cooking" Praxis üben kann. Wir geben dem anderen den Raum und den Abstand.
Gerade auch jetzt in Corona-Zeiten suchen wir jemand der verantwortungsbewusst mit dem Thema
umgeht.
Bitte schreib mir nur, wenn das auf dich zutrifft und du für mindestens 6 Monate was suchst. Eine Verlängerung ist ggf. möglich.
Wir wünschen uns jemand der Wert legt auf ein Respektvolles und Rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Gerade jetzt in Corona-Zeiten ist das total wichtig.
Hier gibt es einen mega schönen Park in der Nähe der zum Treffen als Garten oder Ort des Verweilens für BBQ, Chillen mit Freunden und Treffen mit neuen Leuten genutzt werden kann:-).

1A location of the apartment
The apartment is on the third floor, in a house on Greifswalder Strasse, right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. The location is unbeatable: the tram lines M10 and M4 and the S-Bahn (ring railway) run practically directly in front of the door and so almost everything in Berlin is easily accessible. The tram line M4, for example, goes to Alex within ten minutes, the ring railway (Greifswalder Straße S) can be reached on foot in ten minutes.
Our district is very familiar to slightly middle-class . There are many cobblestone streets, such as the Hufelandstraße, with many small, cozy, trendy cafes and small shops where sometimes you can meet famous actors every now and then.
There is an indoor pool in the Ernst-Thälmann-Park. The Velodrome can be reached by bike in 10 minutes, as can the Mauerpark. There are several bakeries just around the corner. Supermarkets such as Kaisers, Rewe or Lidl can also be reached in no time (approx. Five minutes on foot). If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you are spoiled for choice. The world can be discovered in a culinary way within 500 meters: there is an excellent hummus & falafel shop right next to our house, and there is also good and cheap Vietnamese, Italian and Turkish food nearby.
Another real plus is the Volkspark Friedrichshain. The huge park is perfect for chilling out, walking or playing sports. You are there within a ten-minute walk.

· Central station 20 min;
· Friedrichstrasse 15 minutes;

1A-Lage der Wohnung
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, in einem Haus an der Greifswalder Straße, direkt im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Die Straßenbahnlinien M10 und M4 und die S-Bahn (Ringbahn) fahren quasi direkt vor der Tür und somit ist so gut wie alles in Berlin hervorragend erreichbar. Die Tram-Linie M4 fährt beispielsweise innerhalb von zehn Minuten zum Alex, die Ringbahn (Greifswalder Straße S) ist in zehn Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Unser Viertel ist sehr familiär bis leicht bürgerlich geprägt. Es gibt viele Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen, wie zum Beispiel die Hufelandstraße, mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen angesagten Cafés und kleinen Läden, wo man hin und wieder bekannte Schauspieler trifft.
Im Ernst-Thälmann-Park befindet sich ein Hallenbad. Das Velodrom ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min erreichbar, der Mauerpark ebenso. Mehrere Bäcker gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Auch Supermärkte wie Kaisers, Rewe oder Lidl sind im Nu erreichbar (ca. fünf Minuten Fußweg). Fehlt mal die Lust selbst zu kochen, hast Du die Qual der Wahl. Im Umkreis von 500 Metern lässt sich kulinarisch die Welt entdecken: Ein hervorragender Falafel-Laden befindet sich gleich neben unserem Haus, außerdem gibt es direkt in der Nähe gutes und günstiges vietnamesisches, italienisches und türkisches Essen.
Ein weiterer wahrer Pluspunkt ist der Volkspark Friedrichshain. Zum Chillen, Spazierengehen oder Sporttreiben ist der riesige Park perfekt geeignet. Innerhalb von zehn Gehminuten bist Du dort.
ÖPNV – ausgewählte Ziele:

We are all on the road a lot, but every now and then the flat share can be communicated in either German, Englisch or Spanisch:-) We are all out a lot and use the apartment as a relaxed place from the big city. We are happy to be open every now and then for good, in-depth discussions, otherwise we value privacy and tranquility.
The flat share is for calm people, who like to read books, to rest & recover after work, no parties & non smoking! Its important to have a clean flat, especially kitchen and bathroom. we have a cleaning scedule a spring cleaning is good to do it together.

Du kannst wahlweise auf Deutsch oder Englisch oder Spanisch mit uns kommunizieren:-) Für gute tiefe Gespräche sind wir gerne hin und wieder offen, sonst legen wir auf Privatsphäre und Ruhe großen Wert.

The TOP location and the quiet, cozy backyard room is an ideal start in the city. You should have a sense of responsibility.
What we are looking for:
We are not partying that much anymore, we look for a quiet and easy going when it comes to a responsible living together. We are not sitiing together every night and cooking food, drinking beer and playing games – so that shouldn’t be a problem for you.
Everyone here is kinda having its own life and studying after work and focussing on it. That doesn’t mean, that we are not open for chats and get togethers – but its not that common anymore. We really taking care of flatmates and making sure, that noone is bothering anyone.
Mindfullness living is absolutely preferred. Keep in mind that especially in the evenings a quiet atmosphere is important for the people around you. One flatamate has to go to work and wake up 5:30 am in the morning. So, having “quiet hobbies” is definitely a pro.
If you can ́t guarantee that, its maybe better to look for another apartment. Also: You are moving in as an individual, not as a couple. Keep that in mind if you are in a relationship. We had some experiences with couples and therefore we prefer to rent the room to one person, not 2 or 3.
We know, that the living situation in Berlin is not cool and its hard to find payable space – but it would make the living together kinda complicated if you are spending the whole time in the apartement together with another person or others. Its just not enough kitchen and bathroom and space for more than the four living in this apartement.
Preferred is someone who is working in a full time job and not doing home office.We have a cleaning schedule – you shouldn’t have a problem with cleaning the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, hallway) we are 4 people so your turn would be only once a month what is nice and you have more time for other things. We like to have a person who is clean.
VERY BEAUTIFUL:
The room is completely furnished! All furniture in the shared apartment and in the room can be used.
The room has (box-spring single bed, sofa bed (140x200), lamps, wooden wardrobe, books, 2x storage shelf, desk, chair, books, bed linen, etc.
Additional costs (internet, electricity, GEZ, heating costs, etc.) are included in the total rent. Including all use of the furniture and inventory in the room and in the apartment!

Wen wir suchen?
Gesucht wird jemand, der ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete sucht. Gerade für Leute, die neu nach Berlin kommen oder etwas für den Übergang suchen, sich um nichts kümmern müssen, ist die WG, mit TOP Lage und das ruhige gemütliche Hinterhofzimmer ein idealer Start in der Stadt. Du solltest Verantwortungsbewusstsein mitbringen.
Was die WG sucht: Wir sind keine Party-WG mehr und jede*r führt ein eigenes Leben. Grundsätzlich ist es also von Vorteil, wenn du nicht den aller größten Wert darauf legst, tagtäglich mit deinen Mitbewohner*innen zu kochen, trinken und Alltagsthemen auszutauschen. Es wird bevorzugt jemand gesucht, der/die sich am Abend vorwiegend leise zu beschäftigen weiß. Das betrifft auch den Empfang von Besuch. Bitte habt auf dem Schirm, dass einige Mitbewohner*innen wert auf Ruhe legen und es auf Dauer für Konflikte sorgen könnte, wenn individuelle Bedürfnisse nicht mehr erfüllt werden können. Wenn Ihr das nicht gewährleisten könnt, dann schaut Euch vielleicht lieber nach einer anderen Wohnung um, dann können wir das große Wohnglück an der Stelle vielleicht leider nicht gewährleisten.
Solltet Ihr euch in einer Partnerschaft befinden, bedenkt bitte auch, dass ihr als Individuum einzieht, nicht als Pärchen. Wir haben diesbezüglich einige Erfahrungen sammeln können und legen mittlerweile wert darauf, dass das Zimmer an Einzelpersonen vermietet wird, da der Geräuschpegel doch nochmal zunimmt, wenn sich öfter 2 Personen im Zimmer aufhalten und wir schon 4 Leute sind, die sich Wohnung teilen. Bevorzugt wird außerdem jemand, der/die Vollzeit und nicht von zuhause aus arbeitet und der/die auch mal draußen übernachtet.
Weiterhin solltest du kein Problem damit haben, dich am gemeinschaftlichen Putzplan zu beteiligen. Bei 4 Leuten ist es entspannt. Nur einmal im Monat würdest du dich bereit erklären, die gemeinschaftlichen Bereiche Bad, Küche und Flur zu reinigen. Für viele ist das selbstverständlich – und doch kam es in der WG auch hier immer mal wieder zu Spannungen, weil bestimmte Aufgaben nicht erfüllt oder eingehalten werden konnten. Mit etwas Glück bringst du auch noch handwerkliches Geschick mit, um kleine oder größere Ausbesserungen in der Wohnung vornehmen zu können und packst auch mal mit an oder siehst Dinge und bringst dich mit ein.
GANZ SCHÖN ist:
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert! Es können alle Möbel in der WG und im Zimmer mitbenutzt werden.
Im Zimmer sind (Box-Spring Einzelbett, Schlaf-Bett-Sofa (140x200) Lampen, Holzkleiderschrank, Bücher oder 2x Ablageregale, Schreibtisch, Tisch, Stuhl, Bücher, Bettwäsche, Vorhänge.. etc)
Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, GEZ, Heizkosten usw.) ist in Gesamtmiete inbegriffen. Inklusive gesamte Nutzung der Möbel und Inventar im Zimmer und in der Wohnung!
