Das Zimmer hat vier Wände, eine Tür und ein Fenster nach außen.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer teilmöbliert. Ein Bett, Schreibtisch und ein großer Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden und können, falls erwünscht, benutzt werden.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind wie auf den Fotos zu sehen voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich immer Vorderhaus. Direkt in der nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Lidl usw. In ca. 10 min. Fußweg erreicht man den S- und U-Bahnhof Schönhauserallee, Bornholmer Brücke und den Gesundbrunnen. Der Mauerpark ist auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Fußläufig erreichbar sind auch zahlreiche schöne Bars und Cafés.
Also die Lage ist wirklich optimal
Moin, Ich suche eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im schönen Prenzlauerberg. Zum WG-Leben lässt sich nicht viel sagen, da zwei von drei ausziehen werden. Bedeutet dass du das WG-Leben neu Mitgestaltung darfst. Erhalten bleibt dir eine 24-jährige Mitbewohnerin. Von Vorteil wäre, wenn du WG-Erfahrung mitbringst und auch ohne Putzpläne in der Lage bist die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu halten. Von Nachteile wäre, wenn du grad nach Berlin gezogen bist und jeden Tag Party machen willst.
