Da ich längere Zeit im Ausland bin, vermiete ich mein schönes, voll möbliertes 24qm großes Zimmer in meiner 2er WG von Anfang September 2017 bis zunächst Ende Dezember 2017 unter. Danach besteht eine Option auf Verlängerung (bis bspw. Juli 2018) und der Mitbewohner wird ausziehen.
Das Zimmer ist im Vorderhaus und verfügt über ein 1,60m breites Bett mit einer guten Matratze. Im Zimmer ist auch ein bequemes Sofa und ein großer Schreibtisch sowie ein 2m (PAX) Kleiderschrank. Die Fenster sorgen für ausreichend Helligkeit im Zimmer. Der Boden ist mit Altbau-typischen Dielen versehen. Strom, Gas, Wasser sowie schnelles Internet (bis zu 50 Mbit/s) inkl. Wifi sind alles im Preis inbegriffen. Auf Wunsch können Bettwäsche, Bettzeug sowie Handtücher mitangeboten werden.
Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung wird komplett geputzt übergeben und auch so wieder abgenommen.

As I will be spending time abroad, I am subleasing my spacious room in my apartment until the end of Decemer 2017. In December, the other flat-mate will move out and there is a possibility of prolonging the rent until July 2018.
The room is fairly big (24qm about 260 square foot, if that makes sense) and fully furnished. There is a 2m wide wardrobe, a comfortable couch, a big desk and a 160cm wide bed. Linnen and towels can be offered, if needed.

Die WG ist an der Wisbyer Str. Ecke Schönhauser Str., also im Prenzlauer Berg. Rundherum gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Hauf. Lidl, Kaisers, Netto und Al Natura sind 5 Fußminuten, Penny 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Die Schönhauser Arkaden sind ebenfalls direkt nebenan (5 Minuten).
In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß sogar am Mauerpark, was gerade für den Sommer perfekt ist - dort gibt es Flohmärkte, weitläufige Wiesen zum Enstpannen und Sportanlagen.
Dazu sind etliche Restaurants jeder Preisklasse, Dönerbuden, Cafés und Bars direkt im ganzen Block verteilt, da die WG im belebteren Teil des Prenzlauer Bergs gelegen ist.
Für viele das Wichtigste:
Eine bessere Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist kaum möglich. Die Tram-Haltestelle ist 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die S-Bahnhaktestelle mit der Ringbahn und der S8 sowie die U-Bahnhaltestelle (U2) sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kommt also zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit weg bzw. wieder nach Hause. In 10 Minuten ist man am Rosenthaler Platz oder am Alexanderplatz, in 15 am Hackeschen Markt oder am Ostkreuz. Die zentrale Lage der WG sowie die sehr gute Anbindung sind also ideal für diejenigen, die (so wie ich) kein Auto besitzen :)

The apartment is situated in the northern part of Prenzlauer Berg, a scenic and somewhat bougeoir place known for its relatively quiet living area with lots of families but also plenty of good cafés, bars and restaurants.
The next subway and train station (circle line S41/42) is less than 10 minutes by foot away. In about 10-15 minutes you can reach the Rosenthaler Platz or Alexanderpatz from the apartment. Tegel airport is about 45 minutes away and Schönefeld Airport about 60 minutes (non-stop train).

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, da ich und mein Mitbewohner sehr gerne und viel kochen. Herd und Kühlschrank sind sehr hochwertig und man hat alles was das Herz begehrt.
Ich selbst war lange bei einem Berliner Startup tätig, studiere jetzt aber an der FU Berlin. Der Mitbewohner ist ein Bekannter und Absolvent der Zeppelin University. Er Ist ein sehr angenehmer Zeitgenosse, der auch gerne kocht und abends gemeinsamen Abenden nicht abgeneigt ist.

The kitchen is fully equipped (and when I say fully I mean it). I love cooking so you will find all that is required to make nice meals. The stove, oven and fridge, for instance, are of high quality.
My flat mate is a friend of mine, who graduated from Zeppelin University. He is a great chap to cook and talk with. I guarantee you, you won't have any problems with him :-)
