Die Fenster gehen Richtung Südosten, das Zimmer ist also sonnig und ziemlich hell. Es gibt einen Zugang zu einem kleinen, schmalen Balkönchen. Der Boden besteht aus abgezogenen Dielen. Die Decke ist mit hübschem Stuck verziert. Das Zimmer wird UNMÖBLIERT vermietet.
In den Nebenkosten sind die monatlichen Anteile für Strom, Gas, GEZ und DSL bereits enthalten. Sollte der Verbrauch bzw. die Preise steigen, wird das anteilig umgelegt.
The windows face southeast, so the room is sunny and quite bright. There is access to a small, narrow balcony. The floor consists of wooden boards. The ceiling is decorated with pretty stucco. The room is rented UNFURNISHED.
The monthly costs for electricity, gas, GEZ and DSL are already included in the additional costs. If consumption or prices rise, this will be allocated proportionally.
Das Haus liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Nebenstraße zur Schönhauser Allee zwischen S+U-Schönhauser Allee und U-Eberswalder Straße und ist somit super an das ÖPNV-Netz angeschlossen und gut zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Bioladen, Supermarkt, Discounter, Drogeriemarkt und die Allee-Arcaden sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark und Mauerpark ebenso.
The house is located in a relatively quiet side street to Schönhauser Allee between S+U-Schönhauser Allee and U-Eberswalder Straße and is therefore very well connected to the public transport network and easy to reach.
Shops such as bakeries, health food stores, supermarkets, discounters, drugstores and the Allee Arcaden mall are all close by. Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark and Mauerpark as well.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt hell und freundlich. Jedoch sind ein paar Wände ziemlich hellhörig, deshalb ist gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme Grundvoraussetzung. Ebenso ein Grundbedürfnis an Ruhe, Ordnung und Sauberkeit.
Eine entspannte Balance zwischen Austausch und Rückzug wäre schön. Es ist eher eine Zweck-WG, mal zusammen sitzen und quatschen in der Küche sind durchaus willkommen, aber nicht ständiges Pflichtprogramm. Respekt und Zuverlässigkeit hingegen schon.
Ich bin Freiberufler (der auch immer wieder mal zuhause arbeitet), Vegetarier und Nichtraucher. LGBTQ friendly und vorsichtig hinsichtlich COVID.
Overall, the apartment is bright and friendly. However, a few walls are noisy, so mutual consideration is a basic requirement. Likewise a basic need for peace, order and cleanliness.
A relaxed balance between exchange and retreat would be nice. It is more of a purpose-built flat share, sometimes sitting together and chatting in the kitchen are welcome, but not a constant must, respect and reliability, on the other hand, are madatory.
I am a freelancer (who also works at home from time to time), a vegetarian and a non-smoker.
