The apartment is located in the newly built, quiet, and harmonious La Vie Quartier Prenzlauer Berg. Your rooms have everything needed including floor heating.
The common living area is fully equipped (TV, sofa, dining table, kitchen, fridge, etc.) with everything you need. A large, shared balcony with a garden table and barbecue is perfect for evenings with friends.
The apartment is located between Torstraße and Prenzlauer Allee. Due to the proximity to the Alexanderplatz you will reach all directions shortly. The area is characterized by countless restaurants, bars and pubs, for example, Rosenthaler Platz is in 10 mins walking distance. If you like it sporty or outdoor, there are several parks in the immediate vicinity and two gyms next to the residential area. Directly in our condominium, there is an Edeka with bakery(best of all, you can even directly go there through our basement floor if it's rainy outside), a Rewe and Netto are also in close proximity (about 50m away).
