This is a two bedroom flatshare. Your room looks onto a quiet backyard of the apartment block and is currently furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and convertible sofa. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished.The kitchen is equipped with all you could need for cooking and newly renovated. In the bathroom there is a washing machine.
This typical Berlin residential building is in the lovely area of Prenzlauer Berg. The street, Paul-Robeson-Strasse is quiet and is just a 5 minute walk to the station S-Bahn Schoenhauser Allee. In the charming area, you can quickly reach various bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a big shopping
center.
I´m german, male, 34 years old and and work in architecture. I consider myself down to earth, casual and easy going. I do like sports, gym, passionated about cycling.

Ein schönes und ruhiges WG-Zimmer in Prenzlauer Berg wird frei. Die Wohnung ist in einem typischen gründerzeitlichen Mietshaus im Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg. Die Paul-Robeson-Str ist ruhig und nur ein paar Schritte von der S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee entfernt. Das Zimmer ist zum ruhigen Innenhof hin orientiert und kann vollständig möbliert bleiben. Es gibt ein Bett, ein Sofa, ein Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Schreibtisch. (siehe Fotos) Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet, zum Bad gehört eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche gibt es alles was man zum Kochen braucht sowie ein Kaffeeautomat ein Geschirrspüler.
Ich selbst bin männlich, 34 Jahre, habe Architektur studiert und berufstätig. Meist enstpannt, lockerer und stehts aufgeschlossen. Ich treibe Sport, fahre viel Fahrrad.
In deiner Anfrage sollten bitte ein paar Info zu dir sein. Für diese 2er-WG wünsche ich mir hauptsächlich, dass die Chemie stimmt - egal welche Nationalität, Geschlecht, sexuelle Oreintierung, politische Ausrichtung, Bildungshorizont oder seltsame Angebwohnheiten du mitbringst.
