The apartment is in Prenzlauer Berg, on the border of Pankow. It’s on the first floor, and the room is faces the interior courtyard of the house, and is about 16/17qm2. The house is a beautiful old-built (pre war with thick walls!) with a big kitchen where we can cook, drink wine and chat together. The kitchen is well renovated with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and is in very good condition. There is a lovely garden that we can use and where bikes can be safely stored.
The Lidl is 3 minutes away by foot, and there is a convenience store on the same street. The tram M10/M13/M50 are 5 minutes away by foot, and the ringbahn is a 10 minute walk to Schönhauser Allee station.
What I’m looking for in a flatmate: It would be ideal if you were a polite and considerate person, and someone who knows how to keep a flat tidy and clean without being asked. I’d love to live with someone who likes to sit together in the evenings to share dinner or a glass of wine. I’m not looking for an antisocial homebody, but also not someone who will constantly have parties at home. Just someone friendly, outgoing and considerate.
I also have a very serious allergy to cats. Regarding any other pets we can discuss – I’m generally really fond of animals!
About me: I’m a friendly, kind and clean person. I really love doing sports, cooking, going out with friends and am passionate about learning. I love to travel and was recently overseas for a year. I’m just about to start a 3-month period of studying English intensively and then will resume my studies in post-secondary. I prefer a calm house, but I love inviting people over to eat. It is not a party flat, but I enjoy eating and drinking a glass of wine together and with a few friends.
