Hi,
I'm subletting my small (11qm) but cozy room for the time span 16.5–31.6. The room is fully furnished and has a high ceiling. I will of course make space for your belongings!
The rent is 410e per month including all the costs.
Our 3-Person WG is located in a building dating back to 1960 just next to Volkspark Friedrichshain – the location can thus best be described as on the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with a tram-station just in front of the house ("Paul-Heyse-Str.") and S-Bahn Landsberger Allee 5mins away by tram. The flat is small but cozy, and has a spacious balcony for hanging out in the summer.
We value a harmonic and relaxed life in our shared flat. Cooking together, exchanging thoughts and occasionally doing activities together is part of our WG-life, but definitely not a must :) Angelo (M38) works with 3d-animation, Vanessa (F26) studies film at dffb and works as a sound editor and I, Elina, am a visual artist and master-student at udK. Angelo and Vanessa are both from Brazil so they speak Portuguese in addition to English.
Please note: Racism, sexism, homo- and transphobia have no space in our flat.
