We are kindly looking for someone who is interested to rent the room for the whole period.
Thank you :)
The whole apartment is 60 square meters, with balcony, fully furnished and equiped. Very bright with big windows in a quiet but also very central and green neighborhood. Very close to Mauer Park and next to a Super Market.
You will have a private bright bedroom of 20 square meters with a double matress and a sofa. Decoration is minimal and facilities fully comfortable. Direct access to balcony.
The other bedroom is the one that my flatmate lives in.
A large kitchen with full facilities and a washing machine. A bathroom with a shower and a hallway.
Perfect if you need a room in Berlin for the Summer :)
Rent:
June -425 euros
July -425 euros
August (till the 19th) 270 euros
Very well connected!
Public transportation is in a walking distance of 10 minutes to the Metro station of Schonhauser Allee U2, (U Bahn, S Bahn).
With the metro it takes 7 minutes to arrive in Alexander Platz. And with the Ring Bahn you can very easily access long distances in very few time, as well Berlin attractions and the airports.
I am a young male with experience in shared apartments, very kind, honest, outgoing and discreet.
You will be hapilly sharing the common spaces with my female flatmate.
Looking for a person who is very clean, respectful, kind and quiet!
There is no city hall registration(anmeldung) offered under this address.
The area is full of nice restaurants, cosy bars, bio grocery stores and nice shops!
Very vivid and green. With beautiful neighborhoods and parks! This is the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Young people, families and artists enjoy the best of this colorful part that creates the vibe of the city!
